This place is literally awful. Nobody here has any customer service skills. Very rude and unprofessional.
They apparently never get my online order even when I show them a recite that it’s been paid for & still refuse to give me my order.

I love their Sesame bagel egg and cheese it’s very delicious with the coffee I definitely recommend to everyone

We needed to be in this area to see a specialist. Naturally, coffee was a required staple for our breakfast and lunch.so we stopped at DD. The noticeable differences between this DD and the one at home, was cost. This particular DD was more expensive than the one at home, but I'm sure that's just based off of location, not just.hey let's charge more because we can.type of thing.
The taste of the coffee was very good. My son ordered a bagel and the new egg snacks. No complaints.
Most of the DD's that we go to, are great. The staff, service and food are very good and the order is accurate.

Two weeks in a row, my orders were wrong or I was given old coffee. This used to be my favorite Dunkin. Not any more!

I am an Uber driver and stop at this Dunkin Donuts for a pickup for a customer and the wait time was incredible and long and I had to double-check the order to make sure it was right. Also the staff was rude and the manager made me get my own drinks for the customer.

Well. I went to this location and was basically ignored. Waited for someone to take my order for about 10 minutes. They took the order of the person in front of me then basically acted like I didn't exist.

Love the iced coffee, but I wanted to try the iced cappuccino and the thing was just a disaster.no flavor not iced at all simply watery. OMG!

Manager was arguing with employee about him not wanting to work, all out on the open sk everyone can hear. Then they take it out on us. Very unprofessional.

They did not have any donuts available at the moment but that’s not what’s bothering me. The person who attended us seemed to be rude and when I asked for a muffin they gave me one but put the bag annoyingly down on the counter by the window. I did not like the way I was attended and I will not come here again. The person who attended me was also constantly rolling her eyes and I did not like the way the staff acted. THEY SHOULD BE RE STAFFED AND THEY SHOULD GET STAFF THAT ACTUALLY TREATS PEOPLE NICELY

It's just so reliable that I drift back to dunkin organically, lol. But seriously, it's good to arrive at a place and have the same experience at every place. Great breakfast, donuts and coffee.

I go here almost every day for hot French vanilla coffe the staff here are great friendly to me all the time and they make it right

I waited 5 minutes at the drive thru. I said hello to be sure it was open and the girl got very nasty and said wait a minute. Very rude and then they say we don't have donuts?

I’ve been to this location a few times and i’ve noticed during all of my visits that most of their employees don’t wear their mask properly. Today I politely asked to speak with the manager and I told her that I don’t think it’s safe that her employees aren’t wearing their mask while touching all over peoples donuts and making coffee. She then proceeded to tell me that Biden said we don’t have to wear a mask which is very incorrect she was very rude and told me not to come back if I didn’t like that her and her staff weren’t wearing mask.

Disgraceful! They treat their customers like garbage. Everybody should be fired and place should be re opened with new staff. The worst Dunkin’ in the Lehigh Valley.

This place has really gone downhill lately. The selection of donuts is lackluster. They frequently do not have the advertised special/seasonal items available. Food products are prepared poorly and appear manhandled at times. Hot food is sometimes too hot to eat for some time or, more frequently, lukewarm at best. Coffee tends to have a slightly burnt taste and additives such as milk, sugar or flavorings are either not portioned right absent altogether. Staff is professional, but seemingly uncaring in terms of quality or order accuracy. This used to be a daily must-have stop on my commute, but now I allow extra time to visit a better store. Until they get things sorted, this store is a pass for me.

It may seem like a small thing, but consistency is important and rare today. These guys get it right more often than not.
