Dunkin', Washington PA

I go here for the Couple of employees that make the experience so much better. Always helpful and understanding. I mostly get frozen coffee and am very weird about textures, this dunkin makes uses the right settings and almost always gets it right!

After a morning medical appointment, Duncan was my next stop for coffee & a donut.

Um u ask for whipped cream and never get it. And act like u ruined their day if u ask to fix it. Murtland ave location is better then chestnut street. The employees are much nicer

Usually out of most donuts by noon. They usually are missing items to make speciality drinks as well. So usually its just a coffee for me

One of the trashier Dunkin Donuts I've been to. The coffee was good, but bathroom was so gross. I understand they have staffing issues, so that's probably why.

Sometimes it's hit or miss what this place last time it was really good but they just can't seem to get their iced coffees to taste good to me but that is my own opinion I can never taste the flavor in them or the sugar how I taste is bland coffee and for how expensive they are it's not worth it anymore, I give them certain instructions and then I taste it before I pull off and ask if they can add some extra flavor to it or something and they're just so rude I end up driving away.

Always slow. Sat in line for 25 minutes. Pulled up to window they didn’t acknowledge me there. Ended up just pulling away. Truck behind me drove straight through to and left.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my order was correct and what I asked for. They had to brew a new pot of decaf coffee for my 1/2 decaf drink. A lot of other coffee places just tell you “we are out of decaf” but they just asked me to pull to the side (I used the drive through) and brought it out to me when it was ready. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast sandwich was delicious. The potatoes were burnt. Not slightly burnt but black. They should have never been served.

I am an assistant manager at a restaurant and I'm going to tell you these people work very hard and are highly under paid. I would never deal with a drive through line like that. I am sure the customers sit in line and whine and cry all morning. The line was wrapped around the road I went in and got my food in less then 10 minutes. If you have not worked in food you don't realize it's hard compared to typing at a desk. So be patient and kind. May the Adon Yeshua Hamashiach bless that place

Always a forever wait.order the same thing everything never get the same drink.smh. I'll spend the extra money at startbucks or just make it home.not worth the headache.

WORST customer service i have encountered in a VERY long time. I am in food service myself and can be forgiving, especially in the current climate. I was the only person in the store and the miserable guy couldnt even say hello. Threw the register key like i was putting him.out just for coming in. I wont be returning anytime soon
