Cup holders suck. They are not stable at all and the more drinks you add, the less usable they become.

Awesome Staff, love the new cornbread Donuts and munchkins. Coffees were made beautifully.

Got a half dozen variety of donuts and they were fresh and delicious. Love their maple donuts. Quick and friendly service.

Nothing like waiting in line for 15 minutes just to be told they are out of all donuts except for 1 kind. At 4: 30? So I chose the only kind they had but got just 1 donut instead of 3.pathetic and probably the worse dunkin I have ever been to!

I'm sure if was fine! I didn't go inside. My girlfriend went in. Been craving donuts so, while we were in that town. We picked some up. I had 1 immediately, it was somewhat on the dry side. Probably sat there all day, couldn't tell if they were fresh or not.

They had only drove thru and the speaker wasn't working so ordered at window and waited. Was just a bad day for them, the inside registers were not working

Here is the picture of the croissant the served me this morning.the bottom was worse. I didn't notice until I was already gone and ready to eat it lol

I come here 5 days a week, and the ladies are always lovely and nice! Great service. Prefer this Dunkin over many others in the general area!

Dunkin Donuts, has no donuts? Not a once off occurance, they're opened til 8pm but dont have donuts by afternoon they said. I understand they dont make them there but then that means they never order enough for their store if they running out every day way before closing.

Couldn't get in cause door was locked and there was hardly anyone in drive thru so went to drive thru window to order just a cold coffee and the lady said she wouldn't serve me cause wasn't in a vehicle. Well the car I was in was across the street getting air in tires and their doors were locked but still wouldn't get Serve. Oh well lost a customer for good! Back at home we can get served at Tim Hortons drive thru and I'm sure the Dunkin Donuts at home would too! They don't want to loose a customer!

They had plenty of donuts but the worker was rude to my sister. They said next time to call when we order donuts so they can have them ready however they never picked up the phone when I tried to call them to order.

Went through the drive thru with 2 vehicles in front of me, took 8 minutes to get the 2 vehicles orders, i noticed the vehicle behind me was a relative and wanted to pay for their coffee as a surprise. The server stated their order has not been processed and it would be a minute, so i just handed her 15 dollars to pay for them. I asked my relative later if they recieved it and they told me no. When i called the business, they told me that it was an inline order and they applied the 15 to the vehicle behind he vehicle i qsked for it to be applied for, i said ok well that is not what i requested abd the call was disconnected.

Didn't get my donuts at the drive thru. Simple mistake. Tried to go in to fix, door was locked. Tried to get an employee's attention thinking a human being could understand the problem, maybe even recognize the guy that was at the drive thru 10 seconds ago. I imagine they had my donuts ready to go in there. Tried to call 8 times from outside and all 8 calls rang repeatedly but were ignored. Called corporate and was told franchisee would contact me within 2 days. That was 4 full business days ago. I just want my money back for what I didn't receive. Pathetic customer service. Absolute nightmare.

Good drinks and food. Friendly cashiers. Must use drive thru. Doors are locked as no customers allowed in.
