Had an online order yesterday that i couldn't end up getting due to horrible weather. Came back today and got everything sorted out and set within a minute. Quick service and always great food when we're here.:)

So I pulled up in a 8 capacity van around 650 AM. All seats full. We notice there wasn't anyone behind us so we took a second to get our orders ready. As this is happening, a worker comes out to "check on us" although I said into the speaker give us one moment. No car behind us yet. As we begin to order, two cars pulled up and a man comes out and says to hurry up and I kindly yet firmly replied, I have a van full people getting their order ready. He said "well come inside". This is why this situation bothers me. Yesterday (11.20.22) at 10 AM, I sat in the drive thru behind 4 cars for 20 minutes patiently. I never saw anyone come out and rush anyone nor did I go inside and question what was wrong with the staff. We didn't even spend 3 minutes in the drive thru yet were being rushed. I only came to dunkin cause someone gave me gift cards to dunkin which is why I frequented in two days but honestly this is why I stick to wawa.

Person behind speaker was rude, muffled then argued with me because I couldn’t understand him and was adding things to the order. I ordered 3 drinks and 2 sandwiches. I gave the order as I was getting it from the 3 high schoolers in my car. An older man with stripe shirt came out, to tell me he’ll take my order. He cancelled my order. I said I can’t believe your employee was so rude and was arguing with me about adding a drink that is the same as the others at that. I am a customer. He doubled down with a nasty tone saying “everyone is a customer, you can’t hold the line… “ I expressed my disappointment and that I was giving my order as I was getting it. He cut me off several times, escalating his tone. Another employee (younger) with black shirt, came in to deescalate his rudeness, apologized several times and finished taking my order. He was nice as he could be to me. The employee at the speaker and the one wearing the stripe shirt was VERY rude, condescending and dismissive. He doesn’t care about customers. Literally, if we took 4 minutes placing the order it was a lot. They got nervous about vehicles starting to line up and decided to dismiss me. Horrible experience, not going back to this one.

Giving it 1 star only because I can’t give it a zero. We had purchased an ice coffee with whip cream and it was tasteless a few days ago. We had gone thru the drive through. This place is very close to RT 22 west bound. Once on the highway we took a sip and it was tasteless. We decided to go back yesterday to complain about it and the manager just shrugged us off. No apology, no trying to rectify. He said we should have called about it. We weren’t going to go back once on the highway but thought we could mention it to him during a personal visit. Besides wondering if he’d make some financial adjustment on a new order which would have included buying other items. He did nothing and we walked out making no purchase at all. He’s lost a customer. He probably doesn’t care.

A few days ago My wife had purchased a medium frozen coffee with whipped cream and it tasted like frozen water. It had no flavor. My wife went in today to tell the manager of her bad experience. Thinking he would offer a replacement he told her you’ve should’ve called right away. He did not try to help a paying customer. Wasn’t feasible since it was thru the drive through window she made her purchase and was already on the highway driving home when she discovered the poor quality of the beverage. He could probably care less but they did lose a customer today. She was going to purchase donuts too but with his Ill attitude she walked out not making any purchase. Just wondering what’s going on with the help these days since it also happened twice before at the westbound side of the Dunkin Donuts on Rt 22 in Phillipsburg NJ. There was one incident where she did turn back to the Phillipsburg location and they made good for it and made another. But this man in this business had no interest in her bad experience. And these drinks aren’t cheap. Couldn’t enjoy what she paid good money for.

Worst Dunkin around. They don’t ever get the coffee correct. How hard is it to do extra cream and extra extra sugar? And hash browns are always either burnt or cold. Drive thru is slow.

Always slow with 8 employees and 2 cars in the driveway. When I get to the window everyone is on their phones but we have to wait for a new pot of coffee. It's a coffee shop why do you not always have a pot brewed? Maybe if more people spent time working instead of on their phones this wouldn't be an issue.

Customer service is horrible. I've visited this location twice and both time the cashier rushed me with my order and was plain rude.

As far as getting a coffee and a snack, it's fine. Prices are about average. I do enjoy the 2 for $3 sausage egg and cheese wrap.

Always get the order right but they are a little slow. Also, they run out of donuts VERY early, that's crazy to me. Not crazy about the new hours but no one wants to work, so I can't blame the establishment for that. Friendly, order is right, often remember me. Just keep more donuts available then it is 5 stars!

Not only were the servers rude and dismissive-my entire order was wrong. There was a hair in my iced tea and my sandwich had the wrong cheese and did not have the butter I requested, not to mention it was stale. When asked for a receipt the server then said "why to complain about us" Worst dunkin experience ever. The entire team could benefit from sensitivity training and food safety classes. We are not "complaining" we are giving you an accurate description of how our visit was. Ask yourself these three things:
Was I polite when I served this guest?
Was their order made correctly?
Did the quality of the food I handed out measure up to basic food safety expectations?
If the answer to those three questions are no, then we are not complaining but critiquing YOUR OWN performance. If you don't want negative comments or reviews then make the necessary changes to your attitude and techniques to give a POSITIVE experience.

Gave the lady 6$ -. 80cents was the tip. She kept it like i HAD to tip her and did not say thank you.
Other than her bad attitude the coffee was good.

I went thru the drive thru just to get something to drink - not even coffee cause I'm not a fan of Dunkin coffee. There was probably 3 cars ahead of me which took a good amount of time to get through. I finally made it to the speaker to order and waited at least 4 minutes before anyone even said something. I ordered my bottled lemonade and proceeded to the window. For one bottle of lemonade I waited about 5 minutes at the window. That's a bit ridiculous.

The staff in the mornings is really great! They are friendly, get my order right, can quickly, accurately, and efficiently take my order, and the line pretty much always moves quickly.

The afternoon staff is unfortunately very different as I've had problems there in the afternoon on multiple occasions. They struggle to accurately take my order. Today they gave me my drinks and didn't know what kind of food I was waiting for. They realized they forgot to ring out 1 donut (I also got muchkins) and they had me pay a separate transaction for the $1.19 donut. I don't mind paying, but they made a real big line of people wait another 30-45 seconds to scan my loyalty and process another credit card transaction. Probably would've been worth everyone's time to give me the donut after their cashier failed to ring it up in the first place ‍️

Worst drive thru I've every gone thru it gets worse and worse everyone deserves a job but to work in a fast food place please speak English the afternoon drive thru is even worse

I usually have an exceptional experience here, but today my turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant with the egg on the side was given to me without cheese. Other than that, my series of experiences at this chain has been pleasant.
