Dunkin', Allentown PA

I went a few times because is close to my house but the service is horrendous, you never get what you ordered and there is lady very rude i will never go back to this place.

Every time I come to this location, there's a problem. They either get the food wrong, don't have the item you want, or ask you multiple times what you ordered, even on a mobile order. Go to the other one on Lehigh, it's only a mile away, and they'll get your food right on the first attempt.

Just go down the road to the one next to Arby’s. Got iced coffee that tasted nothing like the usual iced coffee I get from the regular Dunkin I go to, apple fritters were partially uncooked the inside stretched like melted mozzarella cheese.

Who ever owns this place needs to close it down I've been coming here on and off for a year now and it's like this Dunkin is so disgusting I found ants on my donuts. My bacon egg and cheese wrap was raw they didn't cook the bacon or egg pattie I immediately threw them away and when I called the store and ask to speak to the manager she said she was the manager. I highly recommend if people don't buy stuff here.

Never staffed. 3 times I went with my family to drink coffee in diner room. CLOSED during regular hours of operations. Went to starbux instead across the street. Not ever going back due to this repeating mg problem in sun mornings.

So i visited here a few times because i believe in redemption and i worked at a DnD for a year when i was a tennager.this is a convenient location, but i will never come to this location ever again. Youre much better off going down the road to the DnD at the shopping center. They are always busy yet they are fast, friendly, and always stocked. This location made me late to work once. I ordered a hot coffee and got ice. I was the only one in the line at 4: 25pm and i didnt get my coffee until 4: 52pm.then another time i went there early in the morning (5: 45am) and they said they dont make food at that time. And then the last time i will ever go, is i asked through the drive through for a half of dozen donuts and asked if i could choose them and they said "no". I just drove off. Read the low reviews, they speak the truth. The surrounding DnD are much better by 100x

Waited for approx 10 minutes in line once I ordered.when I got to the window.no apology for my time waiting and very curt employee. Others simply left without products

How can a Dunkin donuts ever be out of Jelly or Glazed donuts? It's like a Starbucks being out of coffee

Waste of time. Once again, ordered ice coffee and served 98% cream and sugar. On me for trying this location again; won’t be back

Dunkin's coffee always seems weak and overly sweet for me. Gave it another try for Fall and low & behold, BINGO no difference

They dont have an oven apparently. Dont go there for food in the morning because they will waste your time everytime. "Im the only one here" and now "i dont have an oven" were excuses for poor service.

It says, "Now Open", on the signs.
Full staff inside, yet they won't unlock the doors.
They say drive through only, yet that is not posted anywhere.
If you have a full staff and a New store, OPEN THE DOORS.
Very BAD for business.

Always a super long wait, I don’t understand why the door to get inside is always locked. Coffee taste mediocre at best.

I am too through with the ghetto rules and regulations this brand new Dunkin came up with. Ask for a medium coffee with just a normal amount of swirl for some flavor and got charged like I bought a whole other beverage. You want to nickel and dime for swirls and shots.fine.but make it make sense. If my 3 swirls cost more than my coffee we have a problem! Used a free beverage reward and that got pulled as well. Not the first time. And as far as. ”we can’t add anything at the window”. Ummm. I get your line has to move…and if someone is sitting there adding a 8 lattes with special instructions, I get why you’d say that. But if I need to add an extra coffee to my order.why would I not be able to? I have nothing bad to say about the employees who are just doing their job, but I have NEVER seen any DUNKIN ran like this. Terrible.
