I came in with my friend for some breakfast.when we arrived the lady at the front counter was hiding behind the donuts.it took her a few minutes before coming to the register to take our orders.after placing the orders it took 10-15 mins to get our food.we orders 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches, which doesn’t take long at all if you go through the drive-thru.after the food came out we realized we wanted something else so we went back up to the counter and waited a good 5 mins before anyone came up to us.they kept looking at us but not coming over.once we placed the order we waited another 15 mins before getting our food.the sad part is 5 people went thought the drive-thru before we could get our food.but we had to go up and ask abt our food bc once no one was in the drive-thru the workers were just standing around.we went up and asked about our hash browns it came out within a minute.i’ve been coming to this location for a year now and this has been the worst service i’ve ever had.

I went in to order some breakfast and coffee. The young girl at the register didn’t have any emotions towards me coming in. She was hiding behind the donuts on her phone. When I finally ordered, it took 10 minutes to get my food when no one was in the store and 3 people had already gone in the drive through even though I had ordered before them. I then asked for hashbrowns and proceeded to wait an additional 10 minutes for them because the other young lady did not send the order to the back. I’ve worked in the food industry before so I know that sometimes it takes a little longer, however, this was ridiculous and took way too long for me being the only person getting food. I had to go up to the young lady to remind her about my order and it came right away. I love dunkin but this experience wasn’t great for my first time being there.

. Standing at the door at 5am upon opening cause it was 5: 15am and still locked and had the girl inside stare at me at least 4 times and. Not proceed to do anything. As a trucker I couldn't just go though the drive though with a truck. I'll just get my morning coffee elsewhere. Dec 6th '22

They don't open at 5am. They arrive late and don't open the doors. Had to walk in the drive thru and knock on the window. Do better or just shut it down.

Overall this place has gone downhill the past year or so. My biggest complaint is the drive through is super SUPER slow most mornings.

If I could give no stars I would just left the establishment and realized the dot head that was at the register refused to give my grandfather his senior discount. He is 74 he definitely qualified and the lady was so rude to him over something they honor. Last time I'd go here I'd rather wait in the line at sheetz then go back. Poor workmanship, needs to be closed or opened under new management.

Do not recommend. Horrible employees and fruit flies are everywhere. Place is disgusting. Watched the Indian wipe his nose with the glove and hand the customer a donut. Place closes at two due to employee issues.

I’m go to get my coffee at 6: 30 morning they do not open the door for order only drive thru wrost placce

Poor excuse for a business. Can't get served even at 8 AM. Don't waste your time walking over there drivers.

This place is never open for walk in people, do you spect me to drive my 18 wheeler tractor trailer through the drive through? This people are junk

When it is open, they never have cold brew.
Somebody else should run it because many truck drivers want this coffee!

Clean out ur voicemail box can’t get threw to anyone, my husband forgot two sandwiches and didn’t even get a Receipt from them I called to let them now he forgot to sandwiches couldn’t come back due to and emergency and we can get them tomorrow but u can’t talk to anyone!

They ask you what you want to order than don’t speak or ask if you want anything else like any other restaurant, they don’t open the doors so you can use the restroom after traveling for hours, they see you sitting there knocking and just laugh and ignore you. Worst service I’ve ever experienced and I will never be coming back in my life and will tell everyone I know to avoid this junk hole.

Poorly understaffed! One employee. Waited over 30min in drive up. Could not go inside, locked. Would have left, but already ordered and paid for with the Dunkin app.

Dunkin does accept truckers they just need to walk up to the window to order. Their is a sign on each door that says the lobby is closed due to the fact only 3 employees work there. The hours are 5: 30 to 2: 00 until they get more employees. Please be patient with them they are trying their hardest.

Attitude is the only thing they are good at here. Got my husbands sandwich wrong and gave me the last and worst bagel they had left. Got our money back. I recommend everyone stay away from here, I’m convinced they will pick up food off the floor and give it to you, that’s how nonchalant they are. People that hate their job have nothing good to offer the customer! The Dunkin’ brand will go under if they don’t do something about this.
