Why is this placed closed prior to 7pm? Employee literally left 10 minutes prior to 7 claiming they have to be closed by 630pm. But yet store closing time is 7pm per online.

Love the girls here. I walk in and they know my order my Stevia and caramel thank you guys!

Usually packed due to location and know to close 30-45 min early. Otherwise a fine place to stop for drinks - usual dunkin experience.

Very busy but efficient. Lacks a bit of customer friendliness/awareness but understandable since they are banging out orders rapid crazy like Flo in Diner Dash on level 50! The kiosk ordering is a great idea just wasn't obvious that was the set up at first since this was my first visit to the location. But I will def visit again!

The Latina girl that’s a cashier don’t needa have attitude with customers, especially when I paid for an item with MY MONEY that was made wrong

This manager is something, always have’s attitude with customers. AndI do also recall seeing him counting dirty money on the food counter. This place steals from customers, he mixed dirty water in my ice coffee and caught them red handed.
STAY AWAY from this place.

I stopped by at this DD just because the one on Hamilton had a long wait, and I was in a rush. When I walked in, the old big size woman at the register was counting coins, after a minute or so of she ignoring me I asked her how long I had to wait to place my order that I was late for my volunteer commitment at school. She didn't apologize or anything she just said, "Wait. " When I responded to her that I couldn't wait any longer, she stopped counting and took my order, but not happy about it. I got my coffee, I was waiting for my two wake-up wraps. I asked where they were, and the guy on the back came to the front and gave me one wrap. I then asked where my other one was that I ordered two. The old big size rude lady yelled at me that I ordered only one, I knew what I ordered, and it was two wraps. The guy in the back started making the second wrap, and a nice young woman came to me and apologized for the other woman being so rude. I really appreciate that, but then the old woman started yelling again, telling me from the register that I have to pay for the other wrap that she was not going to give it to me for free. I was not asking for anything free, I had enough of this rude lady, and I just woke away. I realized then that they gave me the wrong coffee. Don't go to this place even if there is the last one open. This is not the first time they act very unprofessional. It's like they are doing you a favor

The place was filthy. Chairs are falling apart. And the wallpaper on the walls is being held up by Scotch tape. See photos. While it was very busy that morning, there was only three people working. Took a half hour to get to the counter to get my coffee and donuts. You would think with the early morning rush that they would have more people working. The workers were working overtime to try to get everybody served. The coffee was good but the donuts were stale.

Supposed to be open at 6: 00 but that isn’t true. I stood outside to a locked door at 6: 20 while the one person inside was readying the store. It seems that the hours of operation need to be updated.

The people who work here are so nice and patient. It’s good dunkin the only problem is they’re only open till 5 pm but it’s a nice place:)

I love going to dunkin. I got a raspberry iced tea and it met my expectation just what i wanted and was craving for.

This place was not very clean, but good coffee & doughnuts. Update.was just there yesterday.the place seemed cleaner.was not impressed with my latte.the cup was only filled half way! Had to ask them to add more latte.very disappointed! Are they expecting to make more money by only filling your coffee cup half way. I just don't get it!

Owner or manager not sure who he was but was very nice but employees are very argumentative and nasty to their customers

Went inside. Ordered a dozen donuts and was out in no time. I received quick, professional and friendly service.

Don't forget to utilize coupons (clip or online).

Check your order! They can’t get it right here. I ordered a bagel with butter and they put cream cheese on it three times in a row! By the way, as you can see, they also burn your bagels here.

Stopped yo get what I thought was quick bite n go, cashier was reasonably ln y quick, but woman preparing my bagel took almost 15 minutes. Door Dash older woman cut in front of me, then my order was put to side so she could take care of her.
I asked about my order and told it was coming, IN condescending tone. After using restroom, and standing to wait it come out with burnt edges.

Worker was doing Dooor Dash, and orders after me.
So needless to say, I will NOT give this location my business ever again. And unless you ONLY need coffee, I suggest if you want bgg your order within 5 minutes, DO NOT GO HERE!

I was there at 11: 30 Am, I was the only person in the store. There were 5 employees behind the counter and not one person came to wait on me. I stood there for 3 minutes while they talked amongst themselves and completely ignored me. I'll never go to that Dunkin donuts again
