Dunkin', Roslyn PA

There wasan altercation while i was there. No manager on duty and the kiosk that they make you pay though allowed someone to pay for something that was currently sold out. Without a manager on duty the teensworking there weren't able to open a register to refund the man. Our trip was fine otherwise and when i asked if the could reheat my bacon (was coldish when i got it) they gave us a new fresh bacon which was nice.

Horrible customer services! I go there almost every day sometimes even twice but not more. I don’t know if they are under a new owner since I see new faces recently. The girls taking the orders are SO RUDE!

Wife was in and out with two xl iced coffees, two wraps, and a donut. Shortest wait time I have experiences with Dunkin.

Only downside to this dunkin is there is no drive thru. However the service and quality is always great.

Way small and you cannot eat inside, and they let me know that with an impersonal employee yelling at me. I'll never go there again. Asked for slightly sweet coffee, got super sweet I barely drank half of it. Asked for crispy bacon on my wrap. Got rubber bacon. And donut was too old.
Never again. Not worth it.

I do like this location, I am a beginner coffee drinker.
This specific area, is up the street from my job. I also love that aspect of it as well.

Expresso machine has been broken for 5 months or maybe too old. The taste of hot latte is disgusting! The manager doesn't even care if you tell her that the taste is not the same as other dunkin donuts stores.

I went there on a Sunday about 130pm they had a half of one rack of stuff left. So basically nothing, They didn't even have glazed donuts.

Needs a drive through parking lots a little dicey. Reason why I keep going back everybody so nice inside that works there.

I always order iced coffee with less ice, but i never receive less ice.when i got coffee earlier, it was more than half filled with ice.but sometimes, they put only three ice cubes.it’s never what i ask for, and it’s beginning to become very irritating.also, customer service is absolute trash and always have an attitude.i saw an employee take a picture of me when i walked in, and i’ve been terrified of him ever since.please, get new employees.it’s a burden that this is the only dunkin near me.
