Most horrible experience I ever had at a drive thru. Employee named Britney was very rude, nasty and had a bad attitude thru the speaker as I was placing my order for 3 kids in the car. She sucked her teeth, and got annoyed and rude with me as I asked for availability on type of donuts and drinks the kids asked for. As I drive up to pay at the next window, I asked the girl taking payment who took my order, and asked for that person's name because I wanted to file a complaint. I explained what happened when Britney, the rude person came over with a loud and nasty tone yelling that she didn't do as I said, and when I told her she did and I asked for her name, she proceeded to yell and tell me no, she wasn't going to give me her name and slammed the window shut in my face so hard, locked it and walked away. She then started arguing with other workers inside telling them not to give me her name. One of the workers apologized, and the other worker told me that Britney does have an attitude. I called and spoke to the manager kaylan, and called and left a message for Micheal Roy at corporate. No response yet from corporate. I've been a loyal customer for years, spent alot of my hard earned money over the years and this is the type of service I got. Very unprofessional and I will not be going back and will tell everyone I know about Britney and the horrible way we were treated. Disappointed and very dissatisfied. No one deserves that kind of service in front of their kids. She had No respect, concern or care.
Incident happened on 2/17/23;@ 5: 30 pm at 1163 North Nine Street, Stroudsburg p.a across from the Stroud Mall.
Britney was her name.

Food was awful pancake wake up wrap tasted burnt and they are so incredibly stingy with bacon

Just a coffee shop now.the donuts are worse than the ones you can get at any of the major grocery stores. The coffee is okay, nothing special. Just not the same place it used to be. It's fine if you want just a simple, boring a cup of coffee. Of course, you could make that at home.

MY SERVER AT ABOUT 10AM IN THE MORNING WAS FREDDIE, HE IS A VERY WELL ROUNDED YOUNG MAN, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS, AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS DUNKIN DONUTS SERVES, LOCATED IN THE PLAZA RIGHT ACROSS FROM THE HAMPTON INN, IF YOU ARE VISITING LIKE I WAS FOR THE WEEKEND, IT IS WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE HOTEL

I used to like having a quick donut and coffee without having to pay luxury prices like at Starbucks. I got 2 coffees with a shot of espresso, and 2 donuts, $16.47. That's more than I have paid at Starbucks, Dunkin is no longer a decent cup of affordable coffee. They are just Upcharging for coffee syrup in hot water, they don't deserve high end coffee prices. I will not return to any dunk after that, it no longer holds true to its original market. They don't care about America working on dunkin, they want to make maximum profit from working America. When we needed fair prices t the most, you steal from us. Can't say I'm surprised what billion dollar business doesn't take advantage of its customers.

Coffee was deloycious. Sourdough Breakfast sandwich was deloycious too except that it was barely toasted. Was really looking forward to the crispy crunch of the bread!

Burnt food can't be served to anyone.just because it's not normal, why will you give it out through the drive through.

Had a Doctor's appointment. Was just down the street.
The one chair had boot prints on it. Unsightly

They are not that friendly there and they are always missing up your order. I was on line and I waited 5 mins before someone actually acknowledge me. They don't have the greatest customer service skills at all

I’m giving 5 stars to the girl Alexis because half the time I go there my drink is messed up but when I went there the other day ALEXIS made my coffee perfect when I told her how I wanted it thank you for doing your job and not ignoring my request your appreciated!

Store doesn't follow posted hours. If you plan to go there, they are only open to go inside from 7-3pm. Otherwise its all drive through. Also store hours sign states they are open until 9pm, but actually closes at 8pm daily. This is only dunkins I've gone to where you can't go inside after 3pm.

Lobby says opened from 7-3pm arrived At 7: 30am drive thru was full parked to go in the lobby door was locked employee said it wasn’t opened I also called they said no lobby is closed only drive thru

They just tossed my donuts in a bag. When I went to give them to my kids they were all stuck together and the frosting was all messed up/super messy! They didn't use any paper between the donuts.it's not hard to properly put food in a bag.what a mess. And disappointment.

These guys are always on point! They are by far the best Dunkin for miles! The one on Main Street Stroudsburg is the worst! Gets my order wrong most of the time.

I frequent this place.they are decent nothing mind blowing but its convenient when I do go.
