Coffee Shop Dunkin' reviews
19Overpriced, lack luster processed breakfast sandwiches, not made fresh donuts. Coffee is very good. And hopefully you are not in a hurry.
The worst Dunkins Donuts in the region! Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed of themselves for the constant poor customer service and poorly trained employees! The employees have no clue about giving good customer service and clearly don’t care! My order is constantly incorrect or missing something or cold! This store should be closed until they get better customer service and management. Do yourself a favor and patronize the Dunkin Donuts on Ridge Pike in Limerick! They are always friendly and the customer service is great! The Boyertown Dunkin’ Donuts SUCKS!
Staff is incredibly rude. No actual management whatsoever. One of the “trashier” locations in the area as far as the type of people running the place. If there was ever going to be an employee that would mess with your food, spit in your coffee, that sort of thing… chances are it would be one in the group at this Dunkin location.
The place was busy but when u get something and pay for it u should get what u pay for. Sandwiches were cold and got hash browns and 1 bag had 4 and 1 bag had 5. And they were ice cold.
I was kicked out of the store without good reason, and I've already contacted corporate. If I would've let that girl call the cops, I would've received my order. I could file battery charges, as well.
For context;
I went there to pick up a doordash order, and after waiting at least 10 minutes (likely 15 or so), I asked an employee (a guy) if they even had the order, because no one even acknowledged I was there.
A girl (the person who "kicked" me out), walked right past me multiple times, then started cleaning a counter instead of helping me.
I asked "a guy" (the guy on the left in the picture below) for the number to contact corporate, and he said he wasn't going to give it to me. I then asked him who the manager is, and he said he wasn't going to give their name or contact information.
I then took a picture of the girl (who just came over), and asked the guy to look at me so I could take a picture of him, so I could give it to corporate, and the girl started yelling at me, then came over and PUSHED me, telling me to get out of the store for taking a PICTURE of him, when it's LEGAL.
Both of them need to be re-trained.
The manager needs to inform the staff that they have to provide the number to corporate, they need to start wearing nametags so we can identify them, and they need to start treating people with respect. They're representing your company. They should understand and respect that from day one. If they can't do that, they need to look for another job.
To end, that girl is literally referred to in the responses right below me, so, clearly, this is an ONGOING ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE DEALT WITH, and the last 3 sentences in the paragraph above, sums up the issue, then provides the proper way to resolve it.
They seemed to be out half of their menu. Hardly any donuts to choose from. No hot chocolate and the oven wasn't working in order to get sandwiches. Very displeased.
The girl who works in the morning with black hair, typically in a bun is so miserable. I’m sorry you work at dunkin’ donuts but if you don’t like it there are plenty of other places you can go to instead of making customers uncomfortable and miserable themselves. Don’t be mad at the customers when it’s you that messed up the order and you just don’t feel like re-doing it. “There’s verification on the screen” well maybe if you didn’t rush a customer through their order and make them feel so uncomfortable to even be ordering you would be able to understand them, get it right the first time and they would have time to review and verify. Don’t think customer service is for you. Prices are also ridiculous for dunkin’ donuts considering half the time they mess the order up, and all the food including donuts is straight frozen out of a box that gets heated up for literally 30 seconds. Starbucks is more worth your money at this point because at least you get what you pay for.
The drive thru incorrectly typed in & made my coffee wrong, so I went back & the barista happily remade the coffee to my original specifications.
This Dunkin is the worst. The drive-thru is always packed, not for the high quality, but the low speed. I got a tomato bacon avacado sandwich with no bacon on it and only one of the slices of sourdough was toasted. Our orders are almost always wrong or missing items and the aforementioned drive-thru never fails to disappoint.
Coffee: If you get any kind of speciality drink, make sure you stir it yourself otherwise everything will be on the bottom still.
Donuts: Sometimes the donuts are great, other times they're almost at the point of questioning if it's a rock or not - you'd think the employees would be able to tell when picking them up.
Customer Service: Way below average - but what can you expect with the store ran by 18-25 year olds only, at least in the morning. The closest person to a manager in the morning is high half the time.
AWFUL! The kids working here have no clue what they’re doing…. Burnt donuts, burnt coffee with at least 10 creamers (I ordered 3 in my large). Everyone in there ordering was absolutely frustrated.
Zoey was fantastic and gave me my full order quickly and was smiling and made me feel welcome in the store
Mary, one of they're full timers harrases, humiliates, and intimidates the employees using profanity. Seems like a lawsuit
Poor customer service. Served cold cheese on a toasted cheese croissant when I specifically asked for the cheese to be melted. The worker at the drive-through window was rude when we brought this issue to her attention. If she does not like her job she should get another one. If you are planning to visit Dunkin Donuts and are close to Kugler Road in Limerick, do yourself a favor and go to that one. The orders are always correct and the workers are always polite.
Just attempted to order through the drive thru, however the young lady taking orders rushed me so fast I had to repeat myself multiple times. I then stated gesshhh slow down give the customer some dam time. Then I was greeted by a lady stating she was the manager an I wasn't to speak to her employee like that. So I explained then I shouldn't be rushed just to be asked to repeat everything multiple times. Manager then ridley states, ok take your good old time let us know when your ready. I declined my order an when passing the window a male hing out an yelled, YOUR WELCOME HAVE FUN GOING ELSE WHERE. Little do these employees understand without sales they get no pay! So continue to push your customers away, clearly the reviews show this location needs management who care!
Coffee and food are becoming more and more inconsistent. Rarely get what I ask for anymore or always seems to be missing something. Some of the people are rude as all hell. Stop complaining about having to walk 4 ft to grab someone’s walk in order when they come through the drive thru. Especially when it’s due to their small child falling asleep.
Forgot my straw, forgot one of my donuts, and made my sandwich wrong. I understand one mistake but 3 in the same order? And it wasn't even a big order. I've worked there, it's not hard.
Have had issues each time I've been to this place - most recently my card was charged for multiple orders. I now have no credit card until my bank investigates the dispute.
Mary was very nice and helpful! I go every morning and today my coffee was not good so I stopped back after work and she gave me a credit and apologized over and over again. These ladies work hard to get help and try there best to make every one happy! Thanks for being so nice!
