Dunkin', Washington PA

Lobby is locked. Can't walk through the drive through. Don't know how they expect you to drive a 12' tall 30' long truck through the drive through

Ordered breakfast from there about 3 times this past week each time better than the last. Was going to dunkin in canonsburg but that ain’t no dunkin. Thank the greater god y’all doing it right

Coffee was good donuts were so so. Service was very abrupt. Don't like the fact that you can't eat in anymore

Dunkin Donuts Adios Drive has the absolute worst service and they only fill their cups 1/2 way. TERRIBLE.

Used to be a regular. Won't be back after today. Repeatedly have gotten our orders wrong. Now staff is so high on dope they can't even function. Save yourself the headache and disappointment. It's not worth it!

If I could leave 0 stars I would! This is by far the worst DD I’ve ever been to. They didn’t ask what size I wanted my frozen coffee to be just gave me large, didn’t ask if I wanted whipped cream just gave it to me and to top it off it was complete liquid! Not frozen at all! So nasty. Asked for everything bagel, gave me a wheat one.not even toasted so it was chewy. I wanted 4 of the stuffed bagel bites. (which were cold and not toasty.they gave me 4 packs of 2 instead! I wondered why my bill was so much.what a friggin disaster! This isn’t the first time my entire order was f’d up here. I won’t ever be goin back here.drive the extra couple miles and go to the chestnut location.trust me you’ll thank me! Oh and one last note, on top of bad food, the employee wasn’t the friendliest either.just sayin. ‍️

The staff was rude as a trucker I stopped on side of the road to grab some coffee and I was told that I can't come to place an order but only drive through and how am I supposed to drive a 18 wheeler through a drive thru seriously? Management should shutdown the business or changed stupid rules that rhe staff stick too.

We got a dozen donuts that day and I must say I was disappointed. They weren't very fresh feeling/tasting.

Excellent customer service! We gor there at 7 and she wheeled the donuts back out for us. She made another pot of coffee for us and smiled the entire time! I am super impressed and VERY happy!

Stood at the counter un-helped for almost 10 minutes before someone came over and told me they couldn't make a frozen coffee anyway so I just left because that's all I wanted. The racks of donuts were completely empty except for maybe 3. This place has gone WAY downhill. Dear Dunkin, If you can't find people to work try paying a half decent wage because whatever you're doing, it's not working.

We ordered a 10 count of cornbread munchkins at the drive-thru, but then after arriving at home we discovered that there were only 9!

It might seem trivial but the Dunkin' in Canonsburg has given an extra munchkin a few times in comparison. I think I will stick to that shop instead.

Drive- thur was very quick with friendly service. Coffee was hot & donuts where super fresh. Delicious

My closest Dunkin is always so busy and has a line in the street (they don’t have enough staff to open the inside of the store so it’s solely drive thru) and so I’ve begun to visit this newer location. They are wonderful! Friendly and happy! The manager (?) recommended how I was paying too much for a drink because I remove the whip cream but it’s built into the price. Also there was a mistake on my order and she gave my daughter an extra treat to make up for it. I’m a big fan!

Amazing service great coffee and good donuts even orderd some food and was better then McDonald’s it was fast in and out very good work always a pleasure seeing you all

I don’t think they’ve ever got my order right once. I keep it simple it’s like one or two requests and I get the opposite of that. It almost has to be on purpose

Everything was fine as usual. The workers were very cordial as always even though the line was very long.

We stopped in on our way home from the outlets. It was honestly the dirtiest place I have ever been to. It was absolutely disgusting.the entire place. There were doughnut holes on the floor on the way to the bathroom. Food all over the place. I was really shocked because it is such a well known place. All I can say is wow. We did not order and chose to get coffee elsewhere
