Only allow customers to use the restroom (I was going to buy after using the restroom). Someone was in the restroom for over 15 minutes. 1 of 2 bathrooms working so I left and used the Rite Aid bathroom (thank you Rite Aid ️). Also, nice renovation but was not clean.

There are tables and chairs to sit on. I took americano and avocado toast, avocado toast is very tasty and healthy. I recommend

Staff is always friendly and I appreciate that smile and laugh. Food is good with lots of seasonal options. Unfortunately, the thing I like least is the regular hot coffee.

Ordered unsweetened ice tea with lemon and no lemon I asked for slice of lemon she responds back we discontinued lemon smh

This location does not support emergency services personel. As an EMT it's not easy to find a bathroom and to be told we could not use the bathroom unless we bought something is disrespectful

Very Dunkin Like fresh clean more donuts please for selection. Look forward to new favors and old ones.

By far the best in the neighborhood has polite/ friendly hard workers. My bagel was toasted the correct way unlike another dunkin I've been to in the area they toast it to where it like not toasted this place toasted it just right& I love it, the coffee was great hot fresh just right amount of cream&sugar I could taste the flavor of the coffee& sweet at the same time not neither overpowering the other perfect balance.

Thank God for his business this is a awesome business as long as it stays open and good customer service

Service is great but they keep upping their prices went to a different Dunkin' donuts and got a different price for the same thing I guess the other store will get my business for a shot of whipped cream is up to $0.50 now

I don't understand why they don't turn off the "order ahead" machine when they close early! More than once I've placed an order through the app, the order goes through, it takes my money, but when I get there they are closed! Even though the drive through is supposed to be open until 10 pm!? How can a business be allowed to do that!? It's ridiculous.

The food was good but i ordered a medium iced coffee and it was filled to the brim with ice got maybe 5 sips out of it. Paid around 2.80 just for ice

A nice place to grab a quick bite to eat. I ordered my meal off of Grubhub and it was quite satisfying.

Friendly, efficient service. Coffees have always been made well. Breakfast sandwich orders were correct and made well.

They have a tendency to worry about the drive thru customer s and not the ones in the lobby

My favorite Dunkin’ location. I work overnight and go through the drive through close to their close time but they’re still always polite and make our drinks great!

I ask them to put my coffee directly into my thermos to reduce waste of cups + lids. They refuse. I won't be back

7500 Frankford Ave Dunkin Donuts is the worst Dunkin ever. The employees are so rude and unhelpful. They speak to you as if your bothering them. They need a reality check in their job description. Never again.

Its horrible the wait in the drive thru is insane the wait time is ridiculous no one there speak English but one lady that I talk to all the time her name is lisa and she a wonderful person n so nice and welcoming everyone else is nasty n moves so slow.

I like both Dunkin donuts the 1st one I go to they make my hot tea perfect and I get to see my very best friend the second one I went to this morning got two wraps in at out my two Dunkin donuts rock
