Gloves? Not a chance. Hats? Why? Uniform? Forget about it. Loos like a summer drinking camp, Dragging legs, No greeting.

Always fast service and good customer service as well. I travel pass my neighborhood Dunkin store just to come here because of their service

I ordered a simple coffee with cream, I don’t know what they put in it but it tasted like a bowl of sugar! Last time I ever go to this Dunkin’.

I was in the area passing through, stopped to get a doughnut for my child & and Ice Coffee for myself. They gave me the wrong doughnut, and the ice coffee didn't have sweet and low in it like I asked. Not a great display of service. Doubtful if I'll ever visit again.

They Always get my order wrong, and by the time I get to work, I can’t come back and their sweet bacon is regular, not sweet!

I went into this store to buy donuts. I stood at the counter and waited for someone to assist me. Someone came out from behind the counter and sat down with a drink, presumably on her break. There were 3 others behind the counter, but they were too busy talking with each other. After waiting 3 or 4 minutes, I left and went to another store. Everyone in this store that morning (Sunday, Sept. 25th), especially the very talkative manager, needs to be retrained.

Excellent Experience! TREATED WITH RESPECT IT WAS A WONDERFUL TIME @ THE COLLINGDALE STORE! Every Everybody wore gloves hair nets mask the place was clean I even use the restroom the restroom was clean there wasn't even no hair nothing in the sink the sink was even clean so I would recommend highly recommend to anybody that lives in Collingdale use this Dunkin' Donuts specifically it's the staff was overall excellent experience go check them out and Collingdale Pennsylvania Dunkin' Donuts top five Delco!

Terrible service. This is the third time I was disrespected for their mistake. The lady at the drive thru gave me half of my order and then accused me of holding up the line. Then when I told her she gave me the wrong stuff without telling me they ran out of what I asked for. The drive thru workers are always nasty. I’ll just drive to the ones farther away bc atp it’s not worth the incompetence. They screw everything up. They need to hired professional people or shut down

I refuse to give this place my money given the way they continuously mistreat their customers. This morning the young lady manning the drive through was despicable to my husband when he asked for a moment to review the menu (he was getting a box of donuts for work). She said "oh my gooood" loudly into the microphone. My husband responds saying "that seems like alot for 7am, you just opened. " She responded, "dont talk to me like that! " I demanded we leave because I dont play about food handlers with nasty attitudes. And I wont support a food service business that doesnt appreciate the logic behind not letting disgruntled people handle my food and drink. I would recommend another DD but fr fr I dont know who owns any of these locations and consumerism is killing us all anyway.

This location is horrible and wildly unreliable. They open and close whenever they choose, regardless of their displayed schedule. I've ordered on the app, while on my way to work numerous times, to find the building empty and doors locked. It's the worse Dunkin I've ever been to

I GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THEM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY WOULDNT ALLOW ME TO GET MY REFUND LATER THAT DAY BC THEY SAID IT HAD TO BE 30 MINUTES AFTER THE PURCHASE. THEY ARE RUDE AND ESPECIALLY THE INDIAN MAN AT THE WINDOW!

I ordered a large French vanilla coffee and it was cold also the cup was only filled halfway. My donut was fresh I probably won't go back to this particular location. I wasn't expecting the world's best or being uppity but hot coffee should be hot and a large should not be half a cup.

I’ve had pretty good experiences every time I’ve been at this Dunkin, the service is quick and efficient and the staff is nice.

They have the doors lock on a Tuesday morning at 9: 23. It’s a new year if y’all don’t have enough associates to operate the business SHUT IT DOWN until you do.

The wait was long and there was only 4 customers in the store, and one person was only getting a drink.

Ordered 2 Bacon, Egg, and cheese and a donut with a coffee. They gave me 4 bacon, eggs, and cheese and a coffee that was filled with majority whipped cream (refer to picture). Never eating here again.
