Dunkin', Levittown PA

I wish there was a minus 10 star. This place is totally disgusting and sickening. I ordered 2 small cold brew with cold foam when my daughter and I finished our coffee with 5 to 7 minutes the both cups still had more than half cup of ice when I called the person I spoke with was very nasty and told me they're trained to fill the cups with ice then pour the coffee I feel like I only got a little more than quarter cup of coffee for $4 dollars.

This Dunkin is the freakin worst. On top of being in a horrible location, they never get my order right. They’re constantly changing how they make coffee and I have to correct the order every time. They also will randomly close the store and only have the drive thru open so people with mobile orders can’t get in. They stood there staring at us while we were waiting at the door and didn’t have the courtesy to come let us know why the main store was closed or what we should do. They’re also always yelling at each other in there. Sucks because it’s the closest Dunkin to me but TERRIBLE.

Some girl making my sandwich pulled the bacon apart, and for that reason alone I could not be happier.

Let's face it, this Dunkin' is in a horrible location. Drive thru line is constantly out in the road. Then you get the idiots trying to make a left onto Woodbourne Road even though it says no left turn.

Very dissapointing i went through the first time with my mom ordered. A iced machiato with 3 pumps of french vanilla thats not to hard i worked at a dunkin. They got it wrong not a big deal i went back through told them they messed up they said they would remake it, then i get it again, And when it comes out it looks super watery, They used skim milk instead of regular milk, Its not seriously that hard, i called told them how terrible they were wrote a email to the owner, And i havent been back since.and i will make sure that no one i know ever goes to this dunkin.

I bought the coffee, it was completely cold, I asked the guy if he could make a hot one and he said no. I had to throw it away, because you can't have a coffee that way, it's very bad.

Coffee was made well but I asked for a vanilla cream doughnut and got Boston cream. I even checked before I left because I hate Boston cream and it was powdered so I figured it was vanilla. I also had to ask for a straw with my iced coffee

This Dunkin location is just not very good. They're constantly out of things (which I'm still able to order on the app ahead of time, only to find out at the window), and they mess up our order half the time. Not the cleanest facility as far as the outside goes either.

Sometimes coffee is weak. Young blonde girl with tattoo on left side of neck by her ear is always helpful and pleasant.

Order 2 coffees and you can barely taste the flavor I asked for. Floors and table and donut case are trashed. Dunkin you are not what you use to be your nothing but trash now.

Nice people good place to go love this Dunkin' donuts. And they always get the order right.

Drive thru staff needs to have training on how to speak and handle customers having attitudes and screaming at customers it's not the way for you to have customers returning back to your location.

Seems like the workers are new or just plain don't care orders was wrong or they don't know what they are making, retraining needs to be done here

I ordered on the app and it had walk in as an option. I chose that as the drive thru line is too long in the mornings. I get there and it’s drive thru only. They used to run your drink out if you chose the walk in. I had already paid so I called in and asked if they still did curbside. They don’t. I was worried about my money as I wasn’t going to receive my drink. The man was so ignorant on the phone and said to “call corporate if I have a problem with it”. Never again will I return to this dunkin. Nothing but disrespect.

All I wanted to hear was I am sorry how can we make you feel better rather than this time I will give you free coffee and, free? I asked Are you serious you guys messed up my order i asked for hot coffee you gave me cold coffee with corded milk and a half eaten donut. The manager on duty today the 26th of February 2022 at 7.30am said I should have called to tell them that they messed up no apology didn't even care when I said I will not be coming back there. I am so saddened by the way some consumers are been treated.

Quality of service and drinks have gone down drastically. Rude people. Always forget straws. I usually always regret not traveling the extra 8 minutes to the other one.
Awful.

Was told the worker didn’t feel like making lattes. Then I asked for extra cream and sugar in my coffee and they give me a black coffee

They never get the order right when you order cream cheese veggie cream cheese on a bagel maybe they just don't understand English

It’s everything you expect from a Dunki in the way of beverages and donuts. The store itself was reasonably clean which is not always the case with some locations
