Dunkin', West Chester PA

Slowest drive through. Nearly 20 mins this morning. When there is no manager working these kids drag their feet

Put an order in on the app at 5: 30. Got there 10 minutes later and no one was there. Drove up at 6 and still nothing. Came back at 6: 15 and finally got my food but got one wrong item, had an item missing, and no napkins. Go somewhere else.

Always great, a little slower. Wish they had a better choice for donuts, but then I go too late some times.

Can someone PLEASE re-train the weekday afternoon employees. They NEVER make ANY drinks right! HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE AN ICED CARAMEL LATTE? ! My husband got an iced coffee with sugar. That's it, nothing else in it. They gave us an iced coffee with no sugar and added creamer. What?

This place is never open. Even though it says it's open until 6, it isn't. They have a tendency to close at random times. It is rarely worth the drive to go there unless you happen to be passing by and might catch them open.

Arrived at 5PM. They had very few donuts left. The selection was limited. I got 8 total for the road. They were not the freshest that I have had. The doors were locked - Had to go with Drive Thru. The guy at the window was polite and friendly.
Need to have a fresh supply of donuts for ones that get off work late.

Literally don’t waste your time, they don’t know anything about their own app, so don’t ask them any questions and god forbid they assist you when the free drink won’t scan.
Also they don’t know how many espresso shots go in each drink. I order macciatos for the fact that I get 2 shots plus the extra one I pay almost 2$ for. The young man at the window told me he gave me one then just said ‘oh sorry’ when I told him I needed three bc I paid for three.just a waste of money and time.

THEY CLOSE AT 5 PM. IT SAYS 7 ON THE DOOR AND 6 PM ONLINE. BUT I THINK THEY OPEN AND CLOSE WHENEVER THEY WANT. DISAPPOINTING

Worst experience ever at a Dunkin Donuts! Will not go to that one ever again! Save yourself the trouble and go to the one on Paoli Pike if you’re in West Chester! I went to the drive thru and asked if the lemonade was natural and the girl responded me, “I don’t know! ” Then I asked her if she could ask the manager and she said she was the manager! How does she not know about the drinks she’s trying to sell! What is that? ! Terrible customer service. Obviously she does not care about the business or have any clue how to treat customers. I asked her a simple question and she responded terribly! When I asked her name she refused to give it to me. Lady get another job!

The worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to, they consistently forget things from my order and are always out of everything.

I would definitely give zero stars if possible.

Unfortunately each time I visited this location both the service and food was disappointing.

I was surprised to receive attitude right away when I began ordering, it definitely seemed that customers were not welcome no matter how friendly you act.

On another occasion, I asked for their recommendation on the refreshers drink and again I was given attitude as if I was crazy to ask their recommendation.

Besides the surprisingly horrible service and automatic attitude I received each time I went through the drive thru, their food is always cold.

I even asked when ordering to have my sandwich extra hot, because the last time the sandwich was cold.

I even nicely double checked before receiving my sandwich if they did make it extra hot, and received a blunt yes full of attitude.

But, in the end the sandwich was stone cold and cheese was thrown sloppily on the sandwich which was falling apart. If it was heated twice I would hope the cheese would melt just a little but no.

I will not be coming back to this location.

This has been the worst experience I have had at a fast food establishment.

When i went the doors were locked so you could only order in the drive-through. I left and went somewhere else

Went to this Dunkin for an Iced Coffee and at the counter was the most professional young man I've dealt with at a Dunkin in years. His name is Adrian and not only was he friendly and respectful but he makes the BEST Macchiato Iced Coffee I've ever purchased from Dunkin. I typically go to the other Dunkin further up Rt. 3 but will now switch to this location. I would recommend the Manager and/or Owner recognize this young man for his hard work and dedication. It's tough to find great employees, especially young people today who don't have a good work ethic. GREAT JOB YOUNG MAN!

They were busy but both sandwiches were cold cheese wasn't even melted and they were on the wrong bread. Just annoyed

Not saying the 5 star reviews are plants, but they've never toasted my bagels, the sandwiches are never cooked, and its a low chance your coffee is gonna be right.

Awful location. I truly gave this location a chance to get it together. It’s fair to give a business a break because mistakes happen.however this location has gone down hill. Badly. I’ve been frequenting this location since spring 2021, as it is very close and convenient to my home. Unfortunately, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. The staff at this location are extremely rude. The orders are never correct. I ordered a hot cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich last week. I took a sip and the coffee was barely luke warm, the cup was half full (I ordered large) and the coffee tasted old. The sandwich I got was frozen in the center. The employees are rude and dismissive. There were 8 employees behind the counter and not one of them acknowledged myself or other customers waiting to order or pick up.

Waited 15 minutes inside for food and being in a rush to leave didn’t see half my order was wrong (2 wraps correct, sandwich wasn’t even close). Avoid at all costs

If it wasn't for the donuts being delicious I'd rate Dunkin 0 or 1 star. Customer Service needs work and the app needs to be clear on what donuts they have available. The other day I put an order through and no one was at the store when they were supposed to be open. Customer service definitely needs work along with customer satisfaction.

Always a wrong order demand that drive thru is used blonde hair woman working always seems to have an attitude

The older lady working at the front counter was not pleasant. From what I know is that when a person comes in the store you greet them. If you are too “busy” at the moment you can simply say “ be right with you” I was patiently waiting for her to put in her orders when a guy walks in and she helps him right away. I told her the order and she said im going to have to wait before she puts in 5 other orders. I dont mind waiting its the fact I was already there and she didn’t make it a priority. Every customer service ive worked at when the person is THERE, we make then a priority.
