Always a great experience my opinion for everyone is go to this location around 4 to 8 the lady named rose there is just amazing quick fast n friendly I highly recommend everyone to go whn she’s working

Very quick service and OMG! My signature Pumpkin Spiced Iced Latte was to die for! That with my Pumpkin muffin and white cream donut! Felt like I was in heaven for a moment!

One of the best Dunkin' Donuts I've visited outside my home dunkin in Boca Raton which is the best.

Sitting in front this Dunkin' Donuts right this moment at 7: 58 pm. Called before I came all the way here and the young lady working told me on the phone, “yes, we close exactly at 8: 00pm. ” Im here and there lights your off and there cleaning up. I guess the lady does have a high school diploma because when someone asks if you close at the certain time thats does not mean you close a min before.
Very upset i drove here and they close there doors before 8: 00 & very disgusted that I was lied to on the phone. Wont go there ever again!

Kudos to the staff for working through a very difficult morning. While in the store, the pos system went down. The staff remained pleasant and apologetic to the customers which, under the stress I'm sure was difficult. I was glad to see their system was back up and running today. Hopefully your day goes smoother.

What can I say, I love DD. I'll go to different location depending on where I'm at so I visit 3 to 4 times a day

Donuts were mediocre, chai was less than mediocre, and the lady that took our order sucked the life out of us.

Went in for two cups of coffee. No one else is in the shop. Have a wait for them to get caught up on Internet orders.

My first time in this location and the person who waited on me as well as the person who made my coffee was extremely nice. And got my order correct

Literally every time I come here my coffee sucks. I'm talking EVERY time. Never enough carnal, ir cream. When I go back inside to get it right it's still not right. Wont be returning.

Best Dunkin in the area. Willing to drive an extra couple minutes to go here. It’s the only one that will properly mix your drink (see pictures for difference)

I order from here on door dash a lot.the first time i ordered from here i ordered 4 glazed donuts and 2 chocolate.they gave me the wrong donuts.i didn’t care much, i work in customer service and i know mistakes happen or they might have been low stocked on the ones i ordered.the second time i ordered from this location i ordered an iced caramel macchiato for myself and received a iced caramel coffee, it didn’t bother me much except i paid more for my macchiato.then today when i ordered, i ordered myself an iced caramel cappuccino.from today, never ordering from here again.it came with only half a cup of coffee in it, they didn’t even complete making the drink and sent it out.that’s ridiculous.this dunkin’ is horrible.

I guess they don’t honor mobile orders? Had to stand in line waiting for over 10 minutes and when I asked where my order was, the staff pretended to have no clue what I was talking about. I watched at least 4 other people be served before they noticed the mobile order on the screen. I understand mistakes happening but the attitudes of the people working were terrible. No apology or nothing, just handed me my order (of 2 iced coffees) over 10 minutes after I ordered on the app. If you’re looking for fast service or happy staff, don’t come here.

I been a customer of this location for at least 12 years religiously. The past year I have not and yesterday showed me again why I don't go to dunkin anymore. I even changed how I get my order over the years because they would mess it up so much. Went from Xtra Xtra to reg reg to no sugar reg cream and that was too much for them to Handel. So over time I had to just get it black. Now I order everything black. My order is 1 small or med iced Americano BLACK every day I don't change it, and they would put in the register iced Macchiato

I ordered on uber eats and my iced coffee is brown not fresh looks like they rushed. Isnt fair because i spend hella money here every morning.

Pro tip: Never get the frozen chocolate. One sip and you will begin the very short journey toward obesity. And I mean, gosh darn if these things aren't deeeeeeelicious.

The real killer is that a small is like 3.89 while a medium is about 4.40 and then a large aka big gulp size is only like 4.79. So if you're like me you aren't going to let yourself get bamboozled by ordering a small, just out of sheer principal, but it will not be doing your thighs any favors.

Service was lousy and everything was overpriced. I remember when Dunkin doughnuts open up, what happened to the franchise!
