Dunkin', Philadelphia PA

The cashier heavy set girl is SLOW on the register she act as if she just started that day. She doesn't wear a hair net she ring and get people donuts she need a hair net on with her long nappy wig. On top of it she doesn't wear a bra yuck. The manager is welcoming I like her.

Who doesn't like Dunkin? I love the hot chocolate there and coffee roll. Makes up the day. And also I like the way Dunkin App takes your order and you don't have to wait in the queue and pay on the counter

September 2022: Need better time and order management.
Especially managing in-store individuals vs catering to bulk orders.
Food is fine.

Depends on when you go. The weekend staff will give you just about any excuse to not make you hot food. So far I've been told "we're closing in an hour and a half" and "my coworker is about to go on break"

Horrible customer service. Arguing with customers and the management is in on it sad. Won't be returning.

Usually have all the donuts available, very large pickup area, and very quick service. Good example of a Dunkin

I go here daily for months, online orders and in-person. Some times they take 5 minutes out of my day, other days are almost an hour. I'm fed up with their new staff. They made my drink wrong twice today. First hot, then added peppermint syrup when it is a Ice Cocoa Mocha. The words when handed to me were "made with love, " -. -

Bad customer service & they don’t list when you order they make things the way they want. I would high recommend driving to Starbucks

Took 30 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. They had 7 employees working but no one was doing anything. No organization, no one had a clue what to do. No one seemed to be trained properly. Girl at the counter shouts your order back to you and cuts you off mid sentence to repeat something back to you. They are so lost. It’s not that hard.

I was a regular customer, until today. For the past 2 weeks they have a new crew especially the young lady at the register and they are horrible! From her nasty attitude to slowness and incompetence to the rest of the crew. The worst!
Never going back!

Dunkin should fire that woman who worked here today. She obviously has anger issues and is aggressive. The new employee just couldn’t take orders and charged me Machiatto for Americano. While I was being frustrated, that woman came out and tried to fight me saying that I was being rude? She actually threatened me shotting dirty looks while the new employee did not apologize at all for her fault. All I did was repeating my order was “Iced Americano” and there’s “no milk in Americano”! I can’t believe Dunkin hired such horrible people as management only to make their customers feel frustrated and even being threatened! Very concerned about safety issues in this store.

THE "GRILL" CHEESE SANDWICH ISN'T ACTUALLY GRILLED, PLACED IN THAT MICROWAVE TOASTER OVEN, WHICH MADE THE BREAD CHEWY, AND THE CRUST STUFF. SHOULD REMOVE THE WORD "GRILL" AND PUT "MICROWAVE CHEESE" SANDWICH.
ANOTHER THING, WHEN A WORKER IS BY THEMSELVES AND YOU EXCEPT CASH, YOUR SUPPOSE TO CHANGE YOUR GLOVES AGAIN, PRIOR TO TOUCH FOOD. FIX THAT PROBLEM MANAGEMENT!

The coffee was horribe watered down. I ordered a cresant bacon/cheese breakfast sandwhich ooh what a waste. There were four small pieces of bacon and a wittle piece of melted cheese smack dab in a the middle of the bread. Dunkin, I give you one star for the hot sandwich/coffee, if you want to call it that. WALK FROM THIS PLACE DON'T RUN. LOCATION DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING!

Horrible experience. My wife and I waited for well over 15 minutes for three sandwiches while the girls in the back made orders for pick-ups that weren't there. The cashier up front couldn't wait to bad mouth customers (in front of people waiting for orders) as soon as they left, and, to top it off, they forgot one third of my order (I didn't check til I got to work - we were missing a sandwich). One of the two sandwiches we received, a grilled cheese, was literally microwaved. Yup, I received chewy, hard sourdough bread that would make for a better pair of shoes than a sandwich.

I won't be back.

I absolutely love this Dunkin. Not only is it really convenient to my route to work in the morning, but the staff is kind and helpful, and if I place an order on the app, it'll be ready and waiting for me to walk in the store as soon as I get there. I come here almost every morning and they've never disappointed.

I worked at this dunkin for a few months and as far as that goes it wasn't too bad of a job. All my coworkers always worked hard and learning all the different stations wasn't bad either. The manager there could be a bit abusive at times especially to female staff. But for whatever reason she liked me so overall not a bad place to work. Oh and also the hot coffee there IS freshly ground on site from whole beans so it's definitely better than some places.

The manager is aggressive and has anger issues if you mess up she we’ll start yelling at you if you think about working here don’t the staff are friendly but the only problem is the female manager she yelled at her employees in front of her Customers no one should be treated the way this manager treats her employees
