Horrible experience. After making a simple Chia Tea Latte and getting it wrong the employee not only attempted to correct me but other employees as well, claiming it is made with expresso, chia syrup and milk. According to her all latte are made with coffee. LATTE literally means milk, not coffee. Then proceeded to have me pay for another to make it correctly. So now there is not just one employee making super nasty tasting Chia Lattes at this location but most likely now three. Super disappointing because it's the only thing I order from there.

Terrible. Twenty minutes for 2 sandwiches. No apology so rude just dirty looks the whole time. If they were at least nice about it I wouldn’t be so upset about how long it took.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEE switch the morning girl back to the girl that was there up until last month WE LOVE HER, never had a problem with anything, and she always knew my exact order before I even got to the counter and had it ready right & fast, I hate going to this dunkin now everything is a mess & the new girls attitude is always so hostile.

Sad excuse for a coffee shop. Having to wait 20mins for a small cup of coffee? Ridiculous!

I always look forward to a Dunkin’s but this stop had extremely slow service, plus my toasted bagel came out smashed and inedible. I asked for light butter but the service person put on an enormous amount while I asked her to stop many times and she ignored me the whole time. And the single bathroom was out of service. Tuesday, May 2, at 9 am.

I went in today at 10: 30. The manager at this location is rude and disrespectful and simply not good at her job. (Short tan woman, she wouldn’t give us her name) She reprimand an employee in front of all of us (who handled it extremely well,
you go girl) for not having her name tag and apron, when she herself was not wearing a name tag or an apron. She was going to take this poor woman's TIPS because she forgot her name tag and apron. Unacceptable. Don't go here until there's new management!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The employee I spoke to yesterday around 3: 30 was incredibly rude. I ordered a coffee and that was all fine. I asked her if I could use the bathroom because I had just driven two hours and she rudely told me the bathroom was closed for the day. I asked again, because I really had to go. She told me no again. Pennsylvania state law prohibits a business from operating without being able to offer a bathroom. This I will also be taking up with the corporate office. After this, I got my coffee (which tasted terrible) and went outside to look for another bathroom elsewhere. I watched said employee leave the Dunkin and pass me down the street, where she proceeded to have a shouting match with a woman on the street with her child. Do yourself a favor and get your coffee elsewhere.

Absolutely horrendous service. Employees were extremely rude, and I witnessed them turn a man away asking for some tap water so he could take his medicine. I was appalled. On top of this, the person taking my order was flippant and clearly was not paying much attention to what I was saying because I was asked to repeat my words several times. When my order was actually completed, they just left it on the counter and said nothing. There were other people waiting as well, so after 5 minutes of standing I went to check what was there and lo and behold, it was my coffee. Which tasted disgusting, by the way. Don’t give this place your business. Horrible.

Why go here when Three Birds and many other better and cheaper options are within walking distance.

Horrible service had no food and refused to refund me and the manager refused to come in and do there job. DO NOT GO THERE

Ordered on door dash and spent $60. They couldn't make the order because it never came through. Manager was rude

Am very upset I drove to this Dunkin’ Donuts to get a a toasted bagel and some girl told me that the kitchen is closed due to her training someone.that’s very understandable I had to call corporate and report her.

I am angry. I would give zero stars but that's not an option. I ordered 6 hash brown orders. I GOT ZERO! I was still charged though! I ordered very specific donuts they gave me none of them.at least my coffee was ok. 0/10

I've had some good food here before but lately my orders have become more and more inconsistent and incorrect. Today me and my partner spent $20 on 2 drinks and some food and only one of our drinks were what we asked for. We brought our issue up with the employees and were told the Manager was out for that day and the next, and on the same day she was coming into the store she was leaving for vacation. If this is true, it's very irresponsible to leave employees without management especially when situations they have no training in may appear since it puts employees in uncomfortable and potentially dangerous siuations. If it's not, then we're disappointed to see good employees we've received good service from before stop caring about their work. Regardless of whether or not we go back to this store, I hope the company hires more management and/or properly and fully trains the staff

Two employees on a busy morning with 8 customers.it was disastrous and disorganized. The one employee was rude to another customer because he took the wrong order. I was waiting for a delivery for ubereats and it was intensely stressful. Would not go bsck unless they were more respectful/less outwardly stressed and better equipped to handle a normal customer flow.

All the prices were raised and the staff is new and untrained. If you're paying top dollar the drink should be the same every day. Probably paying people as little as possible so getting bad service as a customer so I just walk by now.

This is the WORST Dunkin Donuts I have ever been in. The girl working there is always exceptionally Rude always has a chip on her shoulder. They close the lobby for no apparent reason forcing customers to order through the walk up window where she only takes and completes one order at a time taking forever for a customer to get their order. This place should be shut down or fire this ignorant person for their unprofessional conduct. If she isn’t happy with her place in life she should find another job. Dunkin’ Donuts could do a lot better. There are a lot of people who would gladly take her place
