The girls here are awesome! My iced coffee is always on point, breakfast sandwiches always good. This location is very busy so getting here early if you are on your way to work is key!

Absolutely TERRIBLE service! Order is ALWAYS wrong and waiting in the driveway thru line for 25 minutes is UNACCEPTABLE!

I love getting my grandmother, my boyfriend and myself the Holiday signature blend lattes and my grandmother loves her regular coffee with cream.

25 minutes in the drive thru and come to find out they don't serve food. What a joke!

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Just went and ordered 3 bagels and they gave me 2 bagels and one of them was wrong! When I went back they gave me attitude and still got one of the bagels wrong the second time. By far the worst dunkin i’ve ever been to as well as the worst customer service I have ever had. Don’t waste your money

Avoid this location like the plague. It doesn’t matter when you order in the app, it’s never ready or it’s wrong. They are as slow as can be and the coffee is horrid at this one.

Not wearing hair nets, ice damning in walk in freezer, and temp devices for food equipment monitoring were not readily available. Maybe that is why the food is burnt per one commentor. Their coffee use to be superb but no more. Do not recommend this DD

ZERO STARS why won't Google let us rate ZERO!
So my mom went here today. I don't how they ****ed up a 3 bagel order but they did. They only have my mom 2 and she was so sick of repeating herself and waiting for over 15 minutes she said pointed it out and just drove off when they offered to fix it again. According to her she gave them the order 3 times. Bacon egg and cheese on a everything bagel, a toasted everything bagel with butter, and a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese on the side. She just came home complaining and nearly slipped because her shoes were went and she was so upset. She's also never going there again and now understands why I always go out of my way and either go to the Dunkin in bath or on Schoenersville. ZERO STARS! NEVER GO HERE! They can't get anything right!

Best dunkin, staff is so kind despite being short staffed some times there is only one person working and they keep their cool and are extremely nice, management is excellent and ive only had one bad experience here and it was fixed immediately. These reviews seem to just be stuck up people who are impatient and not understanding, the staff may seem tired and annoyed but how would you feel about people constantly screaming, treating and constantly giving rude comments to the workers. It seems everytime I come here there is always customers being rude and saying sparky comments when the employees walk away.

Very rude when I pulled to window they were sitting on their phones and not doing anything absolutely ridiculous.

The kids there have no sense of any kind and customer service. They are playing around and being on their phones. They mess up on the simplest orders and they hardly ever have bagels or any food. Hate it completely!

This place is terrible. Worst trive through EVER. If you have places to be, don’t go here unless you have an hour to spare. Sat in that drive through for 20 minutes and didn’t even make it to the ordering kiosk. Terrible…don’t know what these workers are doing!

One the worst Dunkin Donuts to visit. A bunch of high schoolers with no customer service experience. My iced latte was disgusting and I waited almost 10 minutes at the drive through more my sandwich. I've been to the gas station connected to Dunkin Donuts and watched as they trolled upset customers and laughed at them. Will not return. Like other reviewers, I would give them -100 stars

The staff was rude and argued with me about how I wanted my food done. I said well done. And the staff said it's done plenty. Next time just do your job. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. The staff is childish and immature as well as management.
