Dunkin', Whitehall PA

First visit to this location and needless to say- I'm disappointed. The back of the sandwich was even more burnt than that shown. Not sure why they thought it was okay to serve.

Lobby was closed and when asked about it they were rude. Food was smashed into one bag, hash browns were one big ball from being smashed. Avocado toast wasn’t even toasted. By far worst Dunkin location around.

It has its days. Somedays it's busy and the drive-thru line is slow moving, and other days there isn't anyone in line and it goes quick.

The staff is rude and my simple order was incorrect. It’s sad when this is the expectation and that good service is the exception, but that is the case with this merchant.

Anytime I go here it’s just two people working at any given time. Because of this it takes a very long time to get your order. I give them credit for their hard work, but hire more people.

My wife and I went into the store to buy a dozen donuts. One of the female front line employees and the manager were screaming obscenities and threats at each other. This total lack of basic professionalism might extend into the food prep. Never going back.

This place is like Paris during the French Revolution. Absolute chaos. I’ve put in to go orders twice. Both times I arrived, I was met with a look that can only be explained as panicked confusion. America might run on this Dunkin, which explains why this country is so broken.

None of the employees were wearing masks. They dont understand how to make drinks. Rude customer service. All around, terrible.

Had to tell employee 3 times what my order was.when we received it the ice coffee was watered down.had it remade and still was not much better.

I used to go here all of the time and it was amazing but over the years they have just become progressively worse.
You give your order at the order point and when you get to the window they ask you multiple times what it was again.
Today I pulled up and the normal rude voice comes across and says to hold on for a minute. 15 min later I still sat there waiting to be serviced, I finally decide to pull around and there was not a single person in site. Needless to say I will no longer be going here. I would rather go out of my way than to continue to support this horrible establishment

The kid at the drive thru is a joke! Around 5pm not a busy time, I waited for more than 10 minutes, and every time I asked if anyone is available to take my order, the response was one moment. Idrove to the window to find him standing there, no other customers around, basically he doesn't want to do his job. Owner you are loosing money and customers!

You would think the staff would know how to make a drinkable cup of coffee, seeing as that is the entire business model. Also maybe don't make customers wait 5 minutes at the drive thru before any employee speaks a single word. Absolute joke of a dunkin and it is 100 percent the staff's fault.

The line yesterday was annoying long which necessitated staying on the public street while we waited. The order was correct when received.

Every single time i get food here, its either burnt, uncooked, or sloppy and missing something. Sometimes the people charge for 3 drinks instead of two, they change the order from iced coffee to cold brew which costs more money. The people here are rude half the time and have very little customer service skills.

Waited in the drive through for 20 MINUTES. We got 2 matcha teas, snackin bacon, and a donut. After the 20 MINUTE WAIT we got the wrong order, ICE COLD hash browns instead of the bacon.drove away cause we didnt feel like waiting again.

Did mobile order 14 minutes prior to arrival. Showed up and was ignored at the mobile pickup for several minutes. I finally asked if the lone sandwich on the counter was mine. Employee had to unwrap the sandwich and fold the croissant back to identify it was mine. I then had to ask for my coffee and she made it on the spot. So much for ordering ahead of time.
Sandwich was dry and croissant was hard! I threw 1/2 away.

Regular line was long to the door (2 people abandoned the line and walked out as I entered).

Gave 2 star instead of 1 because it was still Dunkin coffee!
