Coffee Shop Dunkin' reviews
14 The last seven times I've gone here, only twice there wasn't someone actively drinking and cornering people for their change.
Staff keep a singular chair inside and a foot from the door, and that's usually where someone sits and waits. It's either that or the half-wall outside. THEN, it's someone who waits just out of sight for customers to leave and asks for change as soon as the door opens.
Says it opens at 5: 30am on the website and at the store. By 5: 50 there was no one in the store but they let me place an order on the app. Not sure how that works or when they’re supposed to open. I have to leave for work by 6: 30, so there goes my $5 I guess.
I come in once a week and do the same thing. Order through mobile and let my son pick out a donut. I pay for his donut then pick up my mobile order. But today I was accused of taking a mobile order that wasn’t mine, by an older woman who “cooks” the food. Is that normal practice there? I know you don’t care 1 customer, but that’s pretty gross.
It's an online order college-kids Dunkin, and the quality shows.
They frequently mess up your order.
Despite the signs, they don't call out orders.
Most of the staff don't speak English very well if at all.
Disappointing.
I only go to this location due to convenience of location. Staff is mostly nice, but a few are surely, nasty & rude. They bicker amongst themselves dropping f-bombs.
I had to last-minute order coffee the evening before a 500-person conference. Bibi was incredibly helpful with placing the order, and the whole staff was working hard to get the order ready on time. They helped me pack it all into my car and sent me on my way! I hope I don’t have to deal with coffee for 500 again, but if I do I will come to this location!
Customer service was specific to my needs.
Great customer service, no hold time when you call them.
One of the worst ones. Dirty, small, no drive thru, and "out of service" bathroom. Just burn it down.
Terrible customer service. The least they can do is say hi when you walk in. Does not feel pleasant when you are in there and convenience services should not be this terrible. Need to work on their customer interactions if they are representing Dunkin Donuts.
The bagel I ordered was tough. I couldn't chew it. I trashed it instead. The hashbrowns are always overcooked and hard.
Your standard Dunkin. This place is fairly clean and they do a good job when making drinks and taking orders. The place is small and has a restroom. They sell everything a dunkin would sell. Staff are nice and efficient.
Service is slow or ok at the most. At least this brunch isn’t run by local philly’s jerks.
I like Dunkin don't get me wrong! But it's always a hit or miss on how they make it everyday. It's not consistent and they never taste the same each time. But I usually go to Dunkin for their coffee not so much tea.
They never make my iced coffee right and they always mess up my order BUT the people there are very nice and friendly.
