Nothing bad to say about this location they got my order right with no issues and the person at the drive through window gave me a couple extra donuts on the house ‍️ that's a plus in my book

Let’s start by saying
I love Dunkin Donuts Coffee but was very unsatisfied with the service, snatched my card, no greeting or thanks here name starts with an S.

I love Dunkin. There food is good! Coffee is excellent. I have coffee every day. Staff is very courteous. Thank you

The person working the window made the experience tolerable. Pointed out an issue and the manager's response was very nasty. The manager felt that she could talk to you any way she wanted. Had to politely let her know that she wasn't going to talk to me how she wanted.

The dining room is hardly ever open. Although the girl that waited on my son and I was nice, I think she lied about not having any more Muchkins, and she didn't make the order of iced coffee, correctly. We both wanted cream and sugar, I got some, he did not. That's it.

They can't seem to get the ice coffee right? Are they trained or are they guessing? Sometimes its worth the money.well not really but, and other times just makes ya frustrated

The food is horrible the bacon is always undercooked for the snack bacon the people don't properly know how to make the coffee drinks

They were a hot mess this day. Standing around instead of filling orders lead to A LOT of confusion. After waiting in line at the drive-thru, I had to tell them AGAIN what my order was. Someone finally found the order slip and started to fill it while I was at the window. I waited so long, I just pulled away without checking the order because I needed to eat. They did get my sandwich right. And, my coffee was technically correct. However, I asked for lite ice. The order, on the cup, even said "lite ice" yet the cup was filled to the top with ice. EXTRA ice. The opposite of what I asked for. A large ended up having very little coffee in it. ‍️ I didn't say anything but I ended up going around and getting a small second coffee with NO ice. When I got to the window, (remember, I hadn't said anything before) the guy asked, "what'd we get wrong this time. " That's a real indication of how much they were screwing up that day! Anyway, I got the coffee and poured it over the ice I had. It filled the cup and there was more coffee left to drink in the new cup. I hope this is not an indication of how this shop normally acts. The coffee was good (which is not true of all DD locations!) so I would hate to have to struggle with getting my order right.

This Dunkin is in the little strip mall on Wayne Ave. Sometimes you can go inside and sometimes you can't. That's a bit irritating because the drive thru line can be crazy long.

They really need to get a new staff. I repeated my order 3x's and they still got it wrong. They have the worse service and coffee in the area. Honestly 0 stars for this location

Who doesn't love DD! Everything is good. They have so many good drinks, muffins, breakfast wraps, donuts, avocado toast and bagels. I have a hard time controlling my eating with everything good that I know about. I don't want to taste any more tasty treats that they have. I will stick with what I already know about. I will pop all the buttons on my clothes!

Staff is rude and they always messing up my door dash order.so I have to physically go into this location and get the correct thing. Must be worked on.and know the difference between and iced MATCHA and and iced MACCHIATO

It's in the hood they treat us like we in the hood to be messed up that you quick about it get you in and out take your money and kick you out

Dirty cups then when you tell them they simply run water on it so the cup is all wet. REALLY! Reheated/toasted hard as a rock bagels, i could’ve broke a tooth. Coffee so hot you scald your tongue. NEVER AGAIN!

I'm not sure if it's the location or the dunkin app but the accuracy is terrible. I only use the on the go app so I can pull up grab my stuff and head to work. The app asks if you prefer drive thru or wAlki in and I choose walk in due to the long drive thru line. Every time I go the door is locked and I'm faced with waiting in the long line or forfeiting an order I already paid for.
