Dunkin', Altoona PA

The lady was rude my drink was made wrong then I got talked down to when I asked to get it remade. I asked for light ice and she gave me this and said just so you know it’s not going to be full…. For a six dollar drink I will never come back here terrible service.

The dozen donuts that we purchased had no cream in them you could not tell what kind they were by looking at them because of the small amount of cream that was hidden in them. The employees working there did not even know what kind of cream was in each donut the worst donuts we've ever had

We were there while waiting for our car to be fixed and they very friendly people we sat in there for about an hour and just enjoyed it

I love this Dunkin’! Store is always super clean, staff is always SUPER nice and helpful. Service is so speedy, so much so that I feel like I’m slowing them down getting my money out lol

Looks like Robbins ice cream is gone. Seems like they are having problems with keeping employees around.
It's changed since covid19.

It has its good days and bad days.

They either totally screw something up, or it's perfect; there's no middle ground.

Oh, and be sure to ask for napkins, otherwise you won't get any.

The crew here is quick, accurate, and courteous. The food is always good and the coffee is just what you need in the morning. I'm a Dunky Junky though.

When I stopped it was very busy but the employees were all friendly and polite. They made sure I knew how long the wait would be and were quick to get my food and drink despite the business. Seemed like a great team.

This place has slowly gone down hill over the past 2 months.

Theyve messed up coffee last 3 orders. One of which, I didnt even drink it, it was absolutely horrible.

It stinks because everyone is so nice there too.

Breakfast wraps are good, hash browns depend on who cooks them I guess.they also did away with french crueler again so no donut for me and have not liked bagels since they got rid of garlic bagel years ago.

The Altoona DD is the best DD that I have visited. Compared to the DD's in Cambria County the Altoona location is cheaper and the staff is MUCH friendlier and the donuts are much fresher.

Staying for 5 days. So far, the room was nice and clean, cleaner than the more expensive hotels I've stayed at in the area. Jennifer checked us in, she was very cool and answered all of our questions about the area. I would def recommend!

Another good Dunkin' location.the staff is very friendly and helpful.and patient with customers who need more time to get their order in.which was nice to see.however the food was not the best.the mini bagels stuffed with cream cheese are good for nothing.you are better off getting a full bagel with cream cheese.

The breakfast sandwich's were terrible.
Egg & Cheese Croissant and Egg & Bacon on sourdough bread was nasty. The hash browns were nuked over twice.
No condiments.only nasty ketchup!
The only thing they had going for them was the Giant Mocha Frappaciono's.
. But no cinnamon powdered donuts!
And they call this a donut shop.

Great coffee! I can’t remember the last time a DD got my simple order of “light and sweet” right, but they did! I ordered 4 coffees and everyone said the same thing- Delicious! Was just stopping through in the way back to my part of the state and was pleasantly surprised! Service was excellent, place seemed clean and coffee was AMAZING! Definitely worth the 5 stars in my experience.

Customer service was average. Some of the donuts were delicious. Unfortunately some weren't. Also the "avocado toast" if avo mush with an overwhelming amount of lemon juice. Frozen avo goo is not good.
