The white lady with brown hair that was bigger and had glasses and a red shirt on was vaping right on top of all the food in front of the customers and the window.

Second time having an issue with the young lady that works there. I come in everyday between 3: 30 and 4 pm.
I would think you'd want employees that are enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
A shoulder shrug and an I don't know aren't proper answers to questions regarding products and up charges.
Honestly don't know if I'm going to continue my service here.

I have received burned breakfast sandwich’s, the inside isn’t open half the time leading to long lines in the drive through, and have learned to never pay with cash. They never tell the total or offer receipts. I’ve just given up on this place.

Tried four times in the past week to order a sandwich and coffee at the drive-thru. Each time was told the same thing, that they don't have the supplies and they have no workers to make food, only drinks. Most Dunkin' Donuts are very organized but this one is terrible. It's not the workers fault. The workers are nice but the owner needs to get on it!

If I could leave 0 stars or a - number I would. My husband went to pick up our breakfast this morning. The man at the window did not speak clearly or wait for my husband to answer him. This resulted in us getting the wrong food. He then got extremely rude with my husband asking, “ I just gave you your food. What do you want? ! ” We then got the correct order but some of our food was missing. Over $5 worth of food that was paid for and never received.

They changed their hours which is fine close at 600 pm. Turned the lights out at 5: 36 told me they where closed in the drive thru I don’t drink coffee I go there for my wife every day for 25 years place sucks never again. The customer is always right

The drive thru at this place is not the greatest. If you gave a choice between drive thru and picking up inside, pick inside! The cars are seats backed up onto the main road which seems like a bad design. Otherwise this is your normal Dunkin with your normal Dunkin fare.

I usually hit this place up when I want to change up from Starbucks or my home Nespresso (which honestly makes a better cup of coffee than Starbucks or Dunkin) but sometimes you’re just want something different or to get out of the house!

The young kids that work here are always so polite. I stop here after work every Friday. I never ever had a problem here at this DD. The coffee is always fresh.

I have never had my drink messed up here! The Dunkins near where I live often oops some things (always forgivable and they’re always great at fixing it), but this one has never ever messed up my order, and they just handed me the prettiest pumpkin cream cold brew with like cinnamon or whatever on top, and it’s really making an awful day so much better.

This location has gotten so bad over the past few months. It used to be a longer wait but they were always friendly and got the orders right so it was worth it. Now every time me or my family have tried to go the order is completely wrong, the main guy working is sooo rude, and it tastes bad. I wouldn’t bother wasting your money.

One of the most confusing Dunkin's in the area. My mom has lost so much money from this place because of their horrible service and uses of the app. They regularly don't accept mobile orders, and when they do, they remove half the menu so you can't order practically anything. Half the time they claim they don't have an espresso machine, or say they're out of basically every ingredient in the drink you ordered. Last time I wanted to pick up inside from a mobile order, the door was locked. The drive through line was so chaotic and backed up into the street that I never got my order and wasted my money. For the love of God just skip this place and go to the nearest Wawa. It'll save you time and money.

This is a great Dunkin with lots of hard-working and friendly staff. The drive-through line can be a disaster area during peak though, it's not very well situated for that, traffic can line up down the street! Try to approach it from the same side it's on, because turning left into the drive through across traffic with that long line the other way is very hard. But if you let someone trying to do that go in, often they will buy your coffee) Be kind, do good things.

I understand mistakes can be made, but my order was for an iced coffee with hazelnut, and it's right on the order slip. But instead I recieved a plain hot coffee with no hazelnut. They also gave me a straw to go with it. Just completely baffled as to how that even happens.

I'm so excited for wawa to come. I had some lady who didn't speak English wave the coffee with the ice chattering in the cup at me. The bagel looks like it was set on fire. When you are charging 5 dollars for a bagel with cream cheese it better be the best bagel in the area. Not one you pulled out of a trash can and set on fire.

I ordered a croissant sandwich with sausage, egg and cheese. The croissant was so burned I couldn't chew through it. My daughter ordered a Turkey sausage, egg and cheese muffin and it was so dried out, it was tasteless. We were already back on the road, so we went without breakfast. The expresso machine was down, so we had reach had a medium regular coffee. Very disappointed.

Its dunkin donuts, so sometimes all is good and sometimes its a little off, but thats with any place, wont stop me or anyone else from going.

Nice touch, that is in no way coffee or food related, they updated the drive through so that the drive through patrons are on one side of the entrance, so other patrons who are not there for dunkin donuts can enter the parking lot, which is great, if only drive through customers actually followed the lines!

Great place, especially when Sophie is there.
She should work open to close 7 days a week!

Coffee is always good and even when there's a line going out into the street and wrapped around to get you in and out fast way to go Nazareth Dunkin Donuts
