Great donuts, great cold and hot beverages. I'd highly recommend the cold brews and their iced signature lattes!

I either order ahead online or go through drive thru. The remodel helped keep traffic moving and I enjoy the products.

The Dunkin Donuts in Williamsport on the Golden Strip was out of 90% of their stuff to even make coffee. Makes it very hard when that's what you go to that place for is coffee so instead of getting coffee I end up getting orange juice it tasted sour a couple donuts to take home for the kids and a sausage egg and cheese sandwich is about standard.but the staff there is very nice down-to-earth happy-go-lucky people easy to communicate with not their fault that they don't have the things they need to make orders.

I absolutely love DD, and their new hummus toast is my personal favorite item.
This specific location is nearly always staffed with friendly individuals, and they are pretty quick at completing orders even during peak hours. Their lobby is only open until noon though.
Also, this specific dunkin has an inconvenient location, not well suited for high traffic. But this may be alleviated when the nearby DD in Muncy is rebuilt.

The drive-thru design has cars blocking the main road. This has caused multiple accidents and road blocks. Unbelievably dangerous and selfish of dunkin for not submitting a new plan to reconstruct the lot.

Waited 15 mins for a brownie batter donut and pb cup donut. Instead we got this. Not the first issue I have had with Dunkin, but I promiae you it WILL be the last

Did drive through but East third st.is the worst location. Great service but because of the traffic that gets backed up at this location I had to drop it down to 3 Stars. Be careful going to this location.

Great service, fresh donuts, good coffee. Standard Dunkin fare, but we particularly like this location because of their great service!

I mean, its dunkin donuts. HOWEVER.last night i ordered a peppermint mocha (my favorite) and was given hot black coffee with mocha and peppermint syrup squirted in it. Very upset.

I love the Dunkin Donuts on the Golden Strip as they Always get my coffee just right and never have to keep repeating it. I go a lot and they a lot of the times hear voice and tell me what it is I am ordering after i say i would like. Love these people. Very friendly.

I took my little guy here after his doctor appointment for a quick treat. He really wanted a "spider donut" that he had seen from their Halloween ads but I told him I didn't think they had them anymore since Halloween was over. When we got there he mentioned his desired spider donut and one of the girls working overheard & offered to make one for him. I know this is small but I can't tell you how much that meant to me. I have always been impressed by the customer service at this DD but this is the icing on the donut! Great job!

My wife goes more than me, but she has never had a bad experience. Personally I don't mind it either, but I have another coffee shop I love more. But it's ok for a coffee shop, I prefer Dunkin' over Starbucks if that matters.

Slower than the day is long! This place is horrible and no customer service. Really horrible don’t waste your time or money

Known as the "Ice coffee Lady" Always hit Newberry Dunkin and the girls love my K9 Jack.
