16We were traveling and stopped here for a coffee and some donuts. This branch was the cleanest, and best maintained one I have seen in awhile. It was properly staffed, so orders were filled quickly and everyone I interacted with was friendly and pleasant. I wish I lived closer because I would definitely frequent this branch.
Had the worst Hot Chai Latte ever.so much below drinking temperature.taste was not good but temperature was so so so not drinkable. Mansfield PA
The shift manager was a fine soul. We had tea, coffee and donuts. Enjoyed it.

Fastest one yet. I ordered 3 dozen assorted and 3 jugs of Joe for my contractors. They had me in and out in 5 mins. Far faster than the standard 35 minutes I’ve become accustomed to at almost all locations. If you’re lucky you’ll get out in 15. But these guys were fast! 10/10 great job! I will be back!
I stopped there on my way back home. I got a chai latte. I clearly told them I wanted it hot, but it was not even warm when they gave it. I had from many other dunkins, but it was never as sweet as it was. Wasted my money.
The restroom is for customers only and was clean.
You have to specify which Boston cream you want which is really aggravating to me since I can go to any other one and ask for a Boston cream and I’ll get the one with chocolate frosting here I get the powdered sugar one.
By far the best Dunkin I have ever been to. Fast when there are 10+ cars in the drive-thru. LOVE that they actually give you enough cream cheese for both sides of my bagel! Thanks!
Very fast drive through for an afternoon coffee fix. Iced latte is delicious, coffee doesn't taste burnt, and the cream to espresso ratio is *chef's kiss*
Horrible service, stopped at 7pm and doors were locked. Made us walk through drive through. If your going to close the lobby early atleast put a sign up.
Their ice cream machine has been broken for 2 years. Man at the window was dirty and needed a shave. They over charged me.
I clumsily dropped my free donut for free donut day, and when I went to reach for it, I was told not to, and was given a second one. Very kind people
Andrew is always friendly whenever I stop by! My go to drink are lattes and Andrew makes them perfect every time. He goes above and beyond with his bubbly personality and great customer service. I look forward to seeing him!
Tea! Love dunkin but this place left me with no options to choose from, anything I asked for they didn't have, so I finally told the owner to give me whatever he did have which isn't what I wanted, but being a trucker, it's hard to find places to park, and being on the go I went with what I could get

The quality of food and cleanliness was as good as all the Dunkins I've been to. However, it was very difficult to communicate the details of my order with the associate whose accent was almost too thick to understand at all. I hate to mention that, but i would avoid this one in the future if I were in a hurry and concerned with order accuracy.
Me and my husband come to this dunkin all the time when we are in Mansfield and it is the best one I have ever been to! Great customer service and really fast service! Coffee always tastes just right!
