Coffee Shop Dunkin' reviews
14Chris was very helpful with me and my order problems. It was my first time inside ever since the remodel and I was anxious at first. Thanks to him, I got everything sorted out and got a free donut for my troubles.
Wow. What a horrible experience I had. Actually the last few times have been horrible. Since they remodeled everything has been slower and more frustrating.the drive thru was backed up a long way so my son & I decided to go inside to order. Well that was obviously the wrong choice. All the workers inside were focusing on the drive thru orders meanwhile the inside customers that HAD to use the kiosks we’re waiting over 10-15 minutes for orders while they were just pushing drive thru orders out the window. Not 1 person getting inside orders ready. There was a couple peoples inside asking me how long I’ve been waiting and I said 10 minutes and we both agreed that this place has gone downhill since the remodel. Everything is GRAY, cold and depressing. What happened to pink and orange Dunkin colors? Anyways, I Couldnt win either way - drive thru or inside. I am a loyal Dunkin customer and ever since the new remodel things have gone downhill and FAST! There are now 2 windows which you’d think make things easier and faster. WRONG. Complete opposite. I’ve never sat so long waiting for my items to come out the window. A simple coffee and donut and I sat here for almost 5 minutes. You apparently can’t even talk to a person to put your order in anymore. It’s all kiosk and card only. What a major inconvenience. And I feel horrible for all the older people that don’t know how to use the kiosks, poor things will have to ask for help when all they use to do was actually speak to someone and order a coffee. What’s happening to our world? Everything is so impersonal anymore. Cmon Dunkin. What happened to personal interaction.
Ordered an ice late with “less ice” (frequently do this at other locations without issue). See picture, they gave me full ice and less drink, when I asked the woman she was rude to me. Last time I’ll ever come to this location while visiting my parents.
I do like this Dunkin. But the drove thru is super weird. Food and staff are good and nice. Coffee is hot.
The barista taking my order was very nice. The drive-thru is a bit different. Now with the two windows, it seems to make the car line go faster.
I prefer darker roast coffee and really like the Dunkin midnight. I tried their bagel bites which were yummy.
When it comes to service, I ordered ahead and had to wait 20 minutes for my order once I got there. It had something to do with their ticket system missing my drinks but it was frustrating especially since I had ordered ahead because I had an Infant in the car and the drive through was shut down. Other than that. Everyone was nice. The renovations are lovely and I enjoyed my food and coffee.
Always great. Everyone helpful. Had trouble with app but problem solved with help from sales person. Great coffee.
Haven’t been here in years and just stopped in and saw the remodel. It looks GORGEOUS, super fast service, and a friendly staff! This is seriously the best experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. This location is hands down the best.
This location sure went downhill. Items that were on the app were not available and kiosk did not show when an item was out of stock. I was told to hit the “surprise me” button and the girl at the counter would let me make my selection from the donut case. She had trouble finding the correct donut so I just let her go ahead and grab whatever. When I got home there were only eleven donuts in the box. Very strange experience. No cash could be a problem for older customers who don’t use credit cards and also for a young person such as a student.
I don’t think I will frequent this business in the future.
The staff had poor training and obviously did not enjoy their work as you could feel the dissatisfaction with working there.
Place is remodeling staff confused
Cash counter closed pick up only open inside. Had to go through drive in to find out hardly any donuts sandwiches we wanted sold out. Ordered coffee with a couple of ice cubes ended up with iced coffee after waiting 15 minutes in line. Didn't pay for it. Just left discusted
Stay away until remodeling is done
Never had a problem with any dunkin
But this one should close until finished. Plus the way to get to drive was confusing with all the entrances closed with saw horses
Tried to go in for dozen of donuts. Informed me no cash accepted. Like what? Sorry I don't use cards. My business will be elsewhere.
Super long wait time with only 4 employees there.after waiting more then 10 minutes for a drink, it was conpletely wrong.
Good Dunkin despite delay in receiving my order due to having to interrupt personal conversations between co workers
Once again this place is a let down. It was free coffee day so of course they watered all the coffee down to save money. Also bought a matcha which was all milk and hardly any matcha. I was told to stir it and they shut the window. If you want good coffee, skip this place and go into town to the coffee shop. The owner of this and the other 2 dunkins in town should be ashamed of themselves. Typical spoiled boy that was handed a business from daddy.
