They are hard to understand and I got a medium and was charged for a large js. They never have cream and the iced coffee has no coffee in it

It says and even the employee says they close at 7pm but don't go at 645pm because they are closed then too aparently. Me and another car waited a few munites at the talk box in the drive through before someone finally came on and said they close at 7 but when questioned it was 645 the response was "were still closed" straight disrespect

I like this Dunkin. They have vastly improved from when they first opened. It used to just be not good at all, but I find myself going here more often than not. And the drive thru people are always really nice.

I've tried giving this place a chance many and many time now, its right behind me. With that being said, I don't recommend this place at all. The employees fight in front of you, your coffee is only cream with maybe a splash of coffee, they don't try to work with you to customize your order to get around all that cream they put in your coffee, and when you tell them your order is not correct they give you an attitude and don't want to fix it, on top of their prices being the most expensive around. I own a company & I've been told by quite a few clients that they have had similar experiences. Save your money and drive the extra 2 mins to veterans highway.
Such ashamed because I get Dunkin every single day and was hoping the one next to me would make my life easier. Smh
Their coffee also taste like water

I've been to this dunkin a hand full of times since opening. Its a hit or miss. The quality of the food depends on who is serving you.i went in the early morning and was served by the older guy, who I think may be the owner. He was polite and served me good food. When I go later in the day and it was a younger crew they were rude and came off as arrogant, and the quality of the food was drastically worse then when I was served by the older guy in the morning. The drinks are always extremely sweet, even when I ask for no sugar and the muffin was hard as a rock and literally not edible. A couple times, later in the day, i was told they werent serving any food at all. The store is very nice and clean. The problem I have is with the younger clerks. There is no consistency in quality of food and service. And it seems as the day goes on the quality of the food and service seems to go down.

The coffee is ALWAYS wrong. My husband and I are diabetic and our sugar would be through the roof after getting no sugar in our coffee. They can’t speak any English and watch for them up charging! I had ordered a pumpkin coffee once and noticed an 0.80 charge on my order for an “extra pump” I never asked for. There are so many people working, I don’t know why there is always an issue. Highly suggest ordering on the app to get a refund when your order is wrong.

This literally is the worst Dunkin! The woman working the drive thru does not get it!
Long line, tons of drinks sitting there, the orders are complete and she is NEVER at the window. When she arrives she talks to coworkers, instead of giving your coffee. You litetally have to ask her -hey can you stop talking for a minute and give me my order? You see the orders are complete and theres a long line, right? The worst.

Whats the deal with this place. I've given them a chance multiple times. I'm getting sick of receiving trash food and trash coffee. First off the sticker on cup says med original coffee. I doubt any coffee just creamer and swirl flavoring.second I ordered a sausage croissant and what a waste of money. Croissant was hard as a rock and hashbrowns were undercooked. Doesn't make sense to me. Why rush to get out trash food and give your franchise a bad name? Maybe get together with other franchise owners that put out good food and good drinks. I mean it's not that hard, your only pushing buttons and keeping the place clean. Also if you want food 3 hours before they close better go somewhere else. I've tried a couple times and everytime it's " were only serving drinks ". Like, what? Why is the menu showing on digital screen? Hire individuals that worked in food industry, not family members. Sorry but not sorry. Get your business in order!

I was at Dunkin eyeing the various pastries and desserts on display, when suddenly, a ghost appeared next to me. I froze, unsure if my eyes were playing tricks on me.

The ghost floated over to the counter and asked for a Boston cream donut. To my surprise, the girl at the counter didn't seem frightened by the ghost's presence and quickly obliged.

As the ghost paid for the donut, I couldn't help but ask, "Excuse me, why do you want a donut? "

The ghost turned to me and replied, "It's my favorite dessert. Even ghosts have cravings. "

I was amazed by the ghost's nonchalant attitude and found myself smiling at their response. As the ghost took the donut and vanished into thin air, the girl at the counter turned to me and said, "That ghost has been a regular customer here for years. They have a serious sweet tooth! "

From that day on, every time I visited this Dunkin, I would think of the ghost who loved cheesecake, and it always brought a smile to my face.

The employee that work there by name of nana need to be she is very retarded acting need go back to school for customer service and very unprofessional

Dont know why this place has such less ratings. The employees here are very friendly and sweet. I had a large order and everything was made very quickly and correctly.

It’s Dunkin they look for my order for five minutes before I realize they had it under my first name

This location can never seem to get an order right.this morning my whole order was messed up.wrong coffee, wrong ingredients on my sandwich.donut was right but thats pretty hard to screw up.ironically they had better service at the original location.

If zero stars was an option I'd select it. I avoid this location at all costs. Its always horrible service. Did a mobile order and picked up in the drive thru. I picked a minchkin variety that is 3 options of flavors. Was given 2 of the 3 was not told they did or did not have thay flavor or offer an alternative. The worker and manager on duty are completely rude. I was given a hot coffee and didnt notice the lid was not secure until i went to put it in my cup holder. Also had an iced coffee and given no straw. If I'm spending 16 bucks on two coffees and munchkin id like my order correct and service to be decent. I dont mind drive a few miles more down The road to avoid this dunkin.

They need to hire people that actually want to work. They never make the drinks correct. I live 1-2 min away and I prefer the dunkin on veterans hwy, Bristol.

Some of the employees are very rude, and the drive-through set up is literally a disgrace… The engineer should be fired from any future designing.

If i could i would rate it a 0.i’ve come to this dunkin twice and both times my coffee’s were messed up.the first time going the one older lady at the drive through window tried to steal my card and walked away with it.she also told me i couldn’t get a refund.they didn’t even remake my drink the put whip cream on it and said they remade it but didn’t.very rude employees, terrible customer service, disgusting food and drinks…

I'm not sure why this particular Dunkin messes up some many orders. I'm always seeing people from the drive thru come in the store because their drinks were messed up. It doesn't really seem like there is much leadership or organization amongst this Dunkin location. One day I went in and they had 10 people working which seemed like a lot. Tthere was still some how a big line inside of customers waiting for their orders.
