We order a hash browns and we didn't get it at the window and it wasn't on our order. Bacon could have been crispier

I've been to this location a few times without issues, but today I ordered a frozen coffee and bagel with cream cheese (my usual) and got EXTREMELY sick quickly after: nausea, overheating, trouble breathing, and I nearly collapsed. I've had this same reaction before with black mold in drink and ice machines, and while I can't be certain if it was that specifically, maybe you want to check your ingredients and equipment, because I'd hate for anyone else to get sick. This sort of thing could easily result in a trip to the ER.

Sadly, they were out of the glazed munchkins but I was still able to get enough of the other kinds for my needs. And the staff person was kind enough to put the powered sugar ones in a separate bag.

NEVER AGAIN! RUDE girl asked me 4 times how many doughnuts, after saying “three” 4 times, i spoke louder, and the girl scolded me for raising my voice. Then, while paying mo greeting, no interaction, and THEN, the sandwich was half burnt…these places have all become a joke around here.

If you want Doughnuts anytime after the morning rush, DO NOT come to this location. They do not carry Doughnuts after lunch except for leftovers. The business is literally called Dunkin DOUGHNUTS! Wow!

Cleanest Dunkin I've been too personally, and worked for. Owner is very nice and like I mentioned prior it is very clean. Restroom was spotless and these days you don't see that often. I was overall impressed with the inside of the store and the service and drink I received. Kudos Centerville Dunkin.

Highly disappointed in my experience this morning at the new Centerville Rd. Location. Took the kids for a special breakfast; just something different. We like to go in so kids can see their specific donut options for the day. Plus, usually dining in means better customer service; not today.
First, after waiting to give an order to an actual human being (Since there were at least 7 bodies behind the counter), without even greeting us, the (I think he is the manager) directed me to submit my order via the kiosk.
Ok, fine. Except, not fine. You want me to use the kiosk, I should be able to specify and select EXACTLY what we want to order just as if a human were taking the order. The option for a strawberry Iced donut came up for my daughter, but no vanilla Iced donut for my son even though we were clearly looking at at least a dozen in the case. They also wanted munchkins, but they wanted glazed and powdered sugar. My only option was to select "assorted. " So when the two flavors my kids HATE came out and I wasn't given the donut we wanted, I was "That" customer that rejected the items and requested exchanges. The young kid who was taking care of the order was nice about it, but the manager gave me an exasperated look more than once.
On top of that, I should be able to sit with my two young children and not have to worry about them hearing an employee repeatedly expressing his frustration by loudly saying the "F" word. More disappointing is that it was not addressed or corrected in any way.
Even though this is the most convenient location for us and it's a new, clean place, we will not be back. I will drive the extra 15 minutes in the opposite direction from now on.

I went this morning to purchase an apple juice and a blueberry muffin as I have done so in the past. While eating my muffin the middle of the muffin is still raw. I take the muffin back and luckily the employee that served me was there. The female manager practically accused me of trying to return a raw muffin purchased based from them stating that she was not sure if I bought it at that store. Unfortunately the drive thru employee did not supply me with a receipt but she was able to vouch for me. Otherwise the manager wanted to argue about refunding me $2.29 for their uncooked muffin they are serving. Not only have they been dinged for codes violations but not they want to insult customers. Like I would carry around a raw muffin, choose her particular store to request my refund. SMH

I stop here just about every M, W, & F after dropping my kid off at preschool. I do live close to the one on Columbia Ave, but this one is so convenient and has the nicest people working. Even if the line is wrapped around the building it never takes long at all. I’ve waited 20min in line at the one on Columbia Ave before and this one never takes longer than 10min.

The staff here is amazing and all smiles. However, the owners seem to be hard on employees that clearly are on point. I have heard the female owner yell at an employee in the Drive-in window about what time she was to clean the bathrooms.

Easily best customer service I've ever encountered at a drive thru for both the AM and PM shifts. They are so pleasent. I have yet to be disappointed with a coffee from this location.

Nice setup, friendly staff but donut was a lil stale and I found a HAIR in my hash browns coffee is good. Seems a bit overwhelming at busy times, wouldn't suggest going if congested.
