Dunkin', Philipsburg PA

One of the better Dunkin's I've been to. Clean, fast service, and friendly staff.

This is the worst place in town. Getting in and out is a nightmare. People regularly stop in the road despite the turning lane.

Staff is generally rude and unhelpful. My wife likes to do the mobile orders to speed up the process but it doesn't help when they don't sit the coffee out on the mobile order stand.

Had a really cool bar like atmosphere inside of it but all coffee-based. It was a really cool location and I really enjoyed my visit.

I've ordered some donuts on the app while having my breakfast there. It took me 10 minutes to get the donuts. Nobody could do the simplest order of just three donuts! On top of that what they call Boston creme wasn't. It had just vanilla cream and I hate vanilla cream in my donuts. That's why I get Boston cream. But apparently this at that DD they don't know what a Boston cream donut is. Grrrrrr.

We got a bacon egg n cheese bagel. The bagel was burnt and too hard to eat. A bacon egg and cheese croissant. The croissant was dry no butter or anything on it, it wasn't fresh. And we got a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. The bread was burnt too. The rest of it was good and the coffee was good. We were there another time after the dining room closed (2 hours) before the store closed). Went through the drive through, it was about 8, and he had to read the list of donuts off to us because there was not a board with the donuts on it. We weren't happy with the donuts we got either. They were dry. I'm not going back.

Fast friendly service! The inside was extremely clean and I loved the look of the coffee draft taps right up front like a pub.

I love this dunkin, it is smaller than the other locations, but just what Philipsburg needed!

Had the sweetest young girl wait on me at the drive through, smiling and waving. That means a lot to me these days

8/25/23. Terrible. The coffee here is horrible. Like they drained the septic of other dunkins and served it. Ordered a nitro cold brew. I was served cold black coffee.

Just drink your own piss instead of stopping here. The service is better.

Note: This dunkin doesn't show up so most of its negative reviews are attributed to other dunkins. This one is seriously the worst and it makes me avoid dunkin anywhere.

For the price they charge and they can't even get the order correct. I will go to clearfield from now on and the wait is absolutely ridiculous I sat in drive thu for about 10 min only one there before someone even came to take my order then sat at the window another almost 10 min waiting for 2 drinks. Get it together Philipsburg

Even through my confusion, Dustin delivered excellent customer service. He was kind, attentive and overall what you would call a model employee at the front desk! I have never had such a nice person assist me at any dunkin- ever. Give that man a raise! Thanks for the yummy donuts dunkin!

Ordered coffee this morning, and it was disgusting. The milk had spoiled as I was drinking it. I also had a ton of grounds at the bottom of my cup that I noticed when I had to dump my cup of coffee.

Stay away. Horrible iced coffee. Not sure if it was spiked, poisoned, or 6 months old. Dunkin in Clearfield is so much better.

First time getting Munchkins, they were stale. The second time, they were soggy and unglazed. FYI, this location doesn't have powdered donuts. Seriously? You're a DONUT shop.

They literally threw donuts into the bag. Oily, chocolate everywhere, seeping through the bag is absolutely disgusting. Why didn’t they put the donuts in a box like all other Dunkin’s do? Also, they didn’t fill our drinks completely. Literally 3-4 inches from the rim unfilled. Ridiculous.

I love the energy everyone brings! The were super nice, a little slow but that’s ok. I’ve been there a couple of times and only once I have an issue because my cup had a hole in it. Although other than that it really is a great staff and great products!

Our food was cold and I only live about 5 minutes away. The cheese wasn't even melted on my sandwich. I ordered a medium iced turtle latte decaf and they added a decaf espresso shot instead. I understand they just opened but wow.

First time at Phillipsburg PA Dunkin.food was cold. I ordered a Boston cream and received a pink sprinkle no cream donut.it went in the trash.never again
