Overall Very Disgusting and Disappointing place. A Female (Ashley) started yelling from the back cause there was a roach crawling on her, mind you she is the cook/prep
I brought it to Matt's Attention and He Disregarded the whole situation. I came through drive thru few days later and caught one of the employees pushing a roach out the drive thru window when they assumed we wasn't paying attention. Over all Matt is A Very Disrespectful and Arrogant manager, who obviously doesn't care for the well being of his workers and or customers. They also had roaches in the back of the ice machine and just Disregarded the situation.

Many places closed, but Dunkin Donuts can always be counted on. Large hot coffee and a sausage egg and cheese on plain bagel.

Hands down the most amazing customer service I've ever experienced! I'm an only once a week customer but there's a man who's name I'm unsure of who remembers my exact drink every single time

I’m a regular customer by Grubhub and Doordash. I’ll always do breakfast from dunking and going great with everything. BUT nowadays I’m having problems that they won’t give me my order hash browns. Its like 3 or more times with me. I got my order yet but there will be 1 item, that will always miss for me. I don’t know your employee does with intentions or mistakes but it’s more than 3 times. So please talk to your employee, Dunking Donuts. Because of irresponsible employees, I don’t want to blame your whole business. Keep up the good work but destroy those employees who are harming your business and people’s time and money.

Went there last week and the service was brilliant. The lady on the order speaker was clear and it didn’t take long to order my food. I came to the window greeted with smiles and a pleasant conversation while I waited which was not long at all. This place is the place to go to and I’m happy I found my little slice of heaven!

Customer service is horrible, and I asked for an iced latte and they gave me a frozen coffee I told them if they could change it, and they denied us to change the product, we talked to the manager about it and he basically replied "thank you" and closed the window in our face. DO NOT GO HERE the baristas do not know how to prepare the products that we are used to eating in this franchise.

MR & MRS goes for coffee at this location. Dunkin everyday, the problem is the coffee isn’t consistent… it’s either weak or burned.oh let’s not forget to mention how it’s but never filled to the line my main issue is I received a call today. I did write a review on them today…so the mangers MATT says he compensated us 15 times what a joke JUST FOR THE WORLD TO KNOW MATT IS A LIER

I would give 0 but they have no zero here. Today around 3.15 pm, I ordered Signature Latte, and the girl said they don't have the sprinkles, the she rushed me to drive over to the window, but still my ordered wasn't completed, then I order eggs bite, and again she said drive over to the window. Then I said wait, i need to order more. I order watermelon iced drink, she keep
rushing me to drive over to the window. At the window they made me wait extra 10 minutes cuz I see they supervisor was busy trainings a new cashier. I asked what are my orders, she said Ice signature and egg bite. I asked where my watermelon iced drink. Then one girl looked like manager added the order. I told her that the girl taking order was rushing me. Then the girl looked like supervisor or manger was rude and replied saying no one rushed you. And said they have chaotic situations cuz they are have shift change.wow! I felt i was at hospital where nurses changes their shift! Funny! The manager girl was rude! Funny! Never go there!

Very disappointing, they rely on a kiosk, taking the human element out! The kiosk is a pain to operate and doesn’t have the updated information.
I paid for my order and when the order was ready it was placed on a table. And my orange juice was missing. The owner did come and say that they were out. I asked why it was available on the kiosk, he said it wasn’t updated yet.
I let him know he has valuable employees that could have let me know before checking out that they did not have orange juice.

I wish they still made donuts on site! And i wish they'd bring back the PEANUTBUTTER FILLED DONUTS!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Dunkin' Donuts location on Union Deposit Rd in Harrisburg, PA. I had ordered a dozen donuts and a bag of bacon, but upon receiving my order, I was handed a bag of old and greasy bacon. When I asked for fresh bacon, the staff member at the window told me that they could not give out hot bacon, which I found to be a ridiculous excuse given that Dunkin' Donuts is one of the biggest coffee services in America.

The same staff member then proceeded to tell me that I could not get a refund, and offered me two donuts instead. As if that wasn't enough, he walked away laughing at what he perceived as his "win" over a paying customer. I found this behavior to be completely unprofessional and unacceptable. It was only when the cook approached the window and made me a fresh bag of bacon that my experience improved.

Whet through drive thru. This place is always hit or miss. Never know if your drink will be what you ordered or not, it's not consistent which being a chain that's something you come to rely on.
Today the employees seem to be distracted or more interested in other things than taking an order or cashing out at the window. Not sure what that was about.

I love Dunkin donuts, especially since you can order in the app and just go thru the drive thru or walk-in to get your order. The food is usually hot but sometimes the bagel bites and the biscuit bites are not hot all the way through! The drinks are good and orders are usually prepared the way you asked. The staff is pleasant service is usually fast depending on the line! I also love the Dunkin rewards! I don't like that you have no way of knowing exactly what donuts are available if you go to the drive thru because you can't see them.

Dunkin donuts speaks for itself. My experience was excellent actually, in and out during morning rush

Every time you go there they have a very selected items only you can get what you want and bad enough coffee taste like a water you ask for cream and sugar have time they forget what to put in no no go
