Worst Dunkin.extremely poor customer service.ordered coffee and plain croissant.croissant was hard and it could be used 4 building a wall.

I go here every day!
The customers service knows my order and is very friendly.
Ashley is the best at the window.
She always is wonderful to deal with… she even helps me with my DD app.
I will keep going back! Thanks

I’m just going to drive the extra mile to my old DD. They actually listen to my order and not tell me they've fixed my order and gave me the same order.

Excellent customer service including the associates there are consistently improving their facility as well as services and food provided

Went to this Dunkin at 745 and was still able to get a frozen butter Pecan coffee. A lot of times, the machines are closed down so the staff can get out early. With the Dunkin closing at 8 it was nice to still get the services we should. We were greeted with a friendly smile and amazing service.
We will definitely be back.

Gave me whole milk in my matcha latte instead of oatmilk. Paid for oatmilk. Told them, and they denied it. Very rude. And flies everywhere.

Customer service is terrible.
My sweetened iced green tea is 90% water, 7% sugar and 3% green tea. So nasty.

The woman taking my order was so busy telling me she’s going to charge me extra for my extra veggie cream cheese that she forgot that I requested my bagel toasted. Posted is photo of the “extra cream cheese” I am charged for

First time stopping in here, had to use the restroom and grab a quick bite to eat. Seemed OK.
