Dunkin', Hatfield PA

I had placed my order through their mobile app and proceeded to pick it up at the drive-thru window. To my surprise, the lady working at the window was extremely rude. She insisted that my order didn't exist and asked me to leave the line without offering any assistance or alternative solutions.

Considering the lack of professionalism and the unhelpful attitude I encountered, I strongly advise against spending your hard-earned money at this particular establishment. It is disheartening to receive such subpar service, especially when using their mobile ordering system.

I called this location to see if they carried Apple Cider munchkins. The woman that answered could BARELY speak English and could understand it even less. After saying Apple Cider about 5 times, she hung up on me. I called back… no answer. Proceeded to call 3 more times… no answer. Finally, 4th time a man picked up and his English was just as bad. I kept saying Apple Cider and he kept repeating, Apple Crumb? Or Apple Spider which I haven’t a clue what that is. Ridiculous!

It was horrible there were 2 people on the drive thru speaker and it’s so hard to understand them also there was hair in my coffee and gave me a stomachache don’t come here

I love going to dunkin donuts however, this location isn't the greatest. Ive gone about 4 times to this location out of convenience and everything they have managed to mess up my order. I ask for very little cream and they always over do it. I feel like I'm drinking milk flavored coffee. When I picked up some munchkins for my kids, it tasted dry and like left over from the previous day.

Ghetto. They don’t look at the receipt of what you order. They just make what’s more convenient for them.

The staff inside the building totally ignore the customers.truly the worst service I have ever ever had in my lifetime. I had to leave just because I don’t have time to wait that long.

I came here twice messed up my order both times she even repeated the order. Will be going to a different location.

Great Dunkin' location. Employees are busy and overworked, but they will always answer a question if you have one and make sure you get what you need. I always order through the mobile app and pickup inside. My order has always been ready promptly and always correct. If you order a box of donuts or munchkins on the app they wait until you check in to grab them for you, so if it is busy it may be hard to grab someone's attention, but I've never had an issue with getting my order out. The parking lot is a little small, but there is always a space. The kiosk is also easy to use, and the service is always quick. The kiosk does not accept cash, though, so if you need to use cash, I guess you have to use the drive-thru. The drive-thru line gets very packed and busy, so I never use it. The café is always clean, and the donuts and coffee are always fresh.

Customer service lacking! Had to order thru kiosk but then still had to get them to fill it by asking. And when they don't have what the kiosk says they do, they just give you whatever.

Nasty, rude manager both times I have visited. My most recent visit she was yelling at a woman, talking down to her and getting aggressive primarily because English wasn’t the woman’s first language. Previous visit the staff was behind on orders and the manager was embarrassing an employee in front of staff and customers. I will not return to this location ever. No one should have to work with this manager. I tried to send a review to Dunkin but the code kept saying I visited somewhere in Fla.

Go thru the drive thru. U HAVE to oder on a screen. Very truck to actually order cuz u can't find what you want.
