Dunkin', Pleasant Hills PA

Actually, I was a customer in early October 2022. They don't accept SNAP, but the manager gave me an orange juice "on the house". Interior/exterior design welcoming/cheerful. Very clean (including restroom). I'm not really a sweets person, though the orange juice hit the spot on a high temperature Autumn day!

11/21/23. Why is the wood female icon on the restroom door headless? It has been this way for quite some time. Most of the employees are women. Fix this problem! Women are not headless. Suggested reading: The Women's Room by Marilynn French. (Published a loooooong time ago, but worth reading.)

Ordered in, waited 8 minutes for my order.notified staff and was told my order was bypassed, 2 minutes later received my order with a quick sorry.

Bacon was cold and hardly any seasoning on it. Not the first time at this location but it will be the last.

I placed a mobile order for a sourdough breakfast sandwich with sausage and an order of hash browns. I received my sandwich with bacon and cold hash browns that taste like a burnt appliance.

Only leaving a review because this is the second time I have been burned by this place.

Just ordered something on Uber eats and the packet was missing one of the items completely and the donut that they put in was not even close to what i ordered. Come on people, either place the correct item in the bag, or refund if the item isn't available.

The first time I was burned was in the drive through line. Had to get to work at 10 0'clock, it was 9: 25. Went through the line and paid, it was 25 minutes later and I was still waiting in line.got up to the window and they said that they were going to be another 10 mins for the cold brew. I couldn't wait so I just asked for a refund, and the kid they stuck at the window didn't know how the credit card machine worked. I couldn't wait around for them to try and resolve it so I was just out like 4.80 or whatever it costs to get a large cold brew. So yeah.this place doesn't care

9/06/2023 at 1: 40pm I came in to get a donut the girl said hi and I said I want a sprinkle donut and she totally ignored me and started helping with the drive tho very rude I will never ever stop there again I will be calling the corporate office on her they need to replace her with someone bette I would give 0 stars if I could

My company was having an event and ordered coffee for 90 attendees. This Dunkin Donuts was awesome! Providing great customer service and fulfilling our order with a smile. Thanks to the team that worked on July 13th at 7am. We appreciate your professionalism! Keep up the great work!

Best Dunkin in the area! My order is always done on time and the workers are so friendly! And they wrote this on my cup and we all need these notes on Monday mornings!

One of the worst Dunkin Donuts in Pittsburgh. Always out of many items and the employees are terrible.

Super nice location, clean, is busy but service is fast. And employees are nice too. Better than the other Dunkin in 51

Sadly they are so short of help and the drive thru is always backed up! When you go inside, not one server even acknowledges you even when they look straight at you! I know everyone is short handed, but not to be greeted or acknowledged is down right rude!

Their coffee is always good. I had medium cup with French vanilla and caramel syrup and almond milk. The blueberry munchkin donut is the best! They are nice to people and it’s spacious a lot of room. Plus they have a drive through which is a plus for me.

We waited at least three or four minutes till we were even acknowledged. We were the first in line inside the store. (The drive thru line was busy.) I felt ignored. The donuts were fresh and tasty.
