Awesome Dunking I love it. I love the app. Wish the had more selection of bagels

I normally go to the other Dunkin on Baltimore Pike because every time I go to this one my drinks are off. Never stirred and they taste different so I don't know what they're doing.

This location is OK. The service is good, and the food and drinks are fine. The only thing is their donuts are the worst I’ve had at a Dunkin’. I’ve bought Boston Kreme donuts that had zero filling in them on three separate occasions here. If you just want coffee, it’s fine.

I dont want to put too much blame on the store for today's service but they are struggling with the other Balt Pike location being closed. I guess they don't get much business on a normal day so the crush from the other store is making a difference.

Where I do fault them is the other store has been closed for 2 weeks and they haven't adjusted. The manager was all over the place and on the surface it looked like he was helping but I think it was more of a hindrance. He would ask a customer what they were waiting for and walk away half way through the response. The ticket system was a mess and they didn't even have tickets for half of the orders.

Hopefully they can reassess how they approach the morning rush.or the other place opened back up soon.

Very unhappy workers. Customer service is horrible. Coffe leaks outa cup. Leaked all over me. Dunkin has takin a loss with how they use to be. Everything is rushed and barely cooked. Every thing is so cheap now.

Great for quick breakfast.never waited more than 10 minutes for my food!
