Coffee Shop Dunkin' reviews
9THE WORSE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE EITHER CUSSING AT EACH OTHER OR COMPLAINING ABOUT THEIR JOB PAY AND SCHEDULE. ITS AS IF THEY ARE BEING FORCED TO WORK THERE OR THEY WILL GO TO PRISON. AVOID AT ALL TIMES
Evey time I pass its closed bloke always in there but never open lucky there more than one here
Inside is incredibly dirty and they only use the liquid sugar, even when normal is asked for.
Literally the worst Dunkin Donuts I have been to. Staff is very unprofessional and rude, they will have an attitude with you just for coming in the store. Staff will be talking amongst themselves while people are just waiting to order. They never have the most important stuff in stock, and they can not make a decent ice coffee to save their life. Will try to call higher ups because this is really ridiculous.
Donuts tasted good, but is a weird place. Just go to the dunkin on market st in front of the city hall entrance.
The other reviews are true! It is kind of a funny place. Only three tiny tables to sit at. No one is happy that you are here, they would rather you not be, but they have to serve you. They forgot three people’s orders in the time I was here (but did fill them after being reminded). There are some bugs crawling around too and some flying (fruit flies) ?
Food was great though.
So I typically go to the one near City Hall but briefly I have been ordering my mobile orders here. It is way better! It's nice to the IHOP for anybody who needs a reference that's not from here who's the staff like thoroughly cleaning the new kids talk about it. Which makes me appreciate it even more. I'm going to make this my permanent location
Hit or miss, the workers are either arguing amongst themselves or giving passive agressive attitudes to their customers. Ask for a receipt and watch the passive attitude unfold. Also good management means keeping a good inventory, they seem to always be out of super important things like small, and medium cups? I give two stars instead of 1 because they're funny at times with how they get with one another when its suppose to be a business lol sitcom vibes
