Dunkin', Doylestown PA

My partner and I purchased 2 small coffees at this location the week of November 20th. When we pulled up to the window there was a very strong sewer smell. We noticed the dining room was closed and there were workers throwing out items in the dumpster. With the foul smell, we were wondering why they didn't close the store. We will not return, that smell was horrible.

Definitely one of my favorite dunkins on the east coast. Service was quick, kind, and the building was cute.

This dunkin is the worst! Every single time I’ve been here the coffee is TERRIBLE. They put so much cream and syrup in it doesn’t even taste like coffee. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in chalfont on Butler pike near Bristol, they’re so nice there and everything is always right.

Staff is friendly and quick. However I’m rating 1 star because it’s pretty obvious the coffee is water downed. Coffee from this Dunkin’ consistently tastes like drinking a cup of hot water. Not sure if intentional or incompetence.

Went through drive through the young girl hands us a cup of leaking hot coffee and an iced coffee that was bright white with so much cream. I ask her to put more coffee in it please her response was "you said cream" huge attitude. Remakes the iced coffee, looks the same still bright white. Hot coffee leaked all over the car and I had to go inside to ask for a new cup. The young man inside was nice at least he didn't give me an attitude. Won't be back.

Saw this drink someone made and he was such a great sport and made it for me.it was absolutely yummy.

Visited here this morning… terrible service despite so many people behind the counter. Waited forever for my 2 drinks and a box of munchkins.

Been there multiple time and every time they have messed my order up. They either forget multiple items or give me the wrong order.

This Dunkin is terrible. I got there a half hour before they were supposed to be closed and was told that they already closed. When I said that it says on your website that you don’t close until 4PM, they said oh well they already started doing all of their cleaning procedures. I think it’s fine to get a head start on cleaning procedures if it’s like 10-15 minutes before closing. But I mean come on, you guys still had 30 minutes until closing. Just a really bad look on your end and not professional at all. There were a couple cars behind me in the drive thru line too.

Had a pretty decent breakfast sandwich here, it was a bacon, avocado and tomato. Pretty good! They also gave my son a few free donuts holes which was very kind. The drive thru always moves quickly here, and the donuts are solid! Thank you!

I have been disappointed with this Dunkin in the past and today was no different. I ordered ahead like I always do. The order was ready on time but the cup was less than half full for a medium size drink. This wasn't the first time this had happened either. They didn't seem to care either. The lack of respect for the customer and their feedback seems to go by the wayside at this location. I will not be returning unless something management changes. There are multiple other Dunkin branches in the area that I will be using moving forward.

Horrible experience, nasty staff that show the worst attitude towards the customer.definitely recommend for anyone going to get told off at the drive thru for asking some questions.

Rude employees tell at you for going inside even though there is no "drive thru only" sign. Honestly should be fired.

Horrible service. Drive thru was completely backed up so I went inside and 5 people stood in line for 10 minutes with not one employee coming over to help. I left without ordering anything.

Every time I go there they have a terrible selection of donutso they don't even keep the donuts out where you can see any longer they have them behind a wall and want to read them off to you it's the worst Dunkin' donuts in the area
