Waited 20 minutes with no one else in the store. Staff walked past several times without saying a single word.

This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts Ever. They know my drink every time and it tastes exactly the same every time. I can never get consistency at the other stores and even though I show up between 5 and 6 in the morning they are still so nice and they stay composed. Kudos Dunkin Donuts William Flynn Hwy location. Appreciate you all

Really upset with my experience this morning. I hired movers for today, and I wanted to get them donuts. I waited in line for 25 minutes (how is the drive thru line that slow?) and when it was finally my turn to order, they were completely out of donuts! By 9: 30 am. At a donut store! I then drove a minute up the road to donut connection- there was no line there and plenty of fresh donuts. I should have just gone there in the first place!

Stop here multiple times a week. I've experienced most of the 1 star ratings in here and always give them the benefit of the doubt. I'll be taking my business to Doughnut Connection down the road.

Wouldn’t even give it a one star. I come here often cuz it’s the only one convenient to me. Everytime I come, they literally never have donuts. Come to find I saw a post on a local Facebook page that I’m apparently not the only one that has this problem at this location, apparently nobody can ever get donuts here. Not to mention everytime I come here, every employee I encounter is rude. Will leave earlier moving forward so I can go somewhere else.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at Dunkin. Not only did they take forever to make our food, but they didn’t give us napkins, had horrible service, and didn’t label any drinks. I’m glad I don’t live near here)

Got a tea and a donut. They gave me the wrong donut and my tea literally tasted like cigarette smoke. Absolutely disgusting

First time visiting and traveling to the PA Turnpike so I went to the drive through. They had to check to see if they had blueberry-glazed donuts, like most Dunkins, at 9am! It was great to hear they had some! Minimal wait-time. The window employee was lovely, pleasant, and had a wonderful smile! Coffee was prepared light & sweet as ordered. Two blueberry glazed and two Bavarian cream donuts boxed and on the way to VA. If I hadn't gotten on the turnpike, I would have gone back to tell the manager that there was a teaspoon of cream in each Bavarian cream donut! So, disappointing for the 87-year-old guest that was riding with me! It's her favorite! Maybe they will see this review and fill-up those little pocket donuts to be perfectly plump with creamy deliciousness!

I ordered a large refresher with no ice and this is what I got. I was literally speechless! My daughter got a frozen hot chocolate (well wanted) but she received a frozen mint flavored coffee. Worst experience ever and I go to Dunkin EVERYDAY! I will never be back to this one. I feel like I got a used employee drink it was watered down and warm.don't ever go here! I don't recommend anything from here except to close it's doors! Gave it 1 star only because I had to.

Have been to this location a couple times. It isn't great. Most recently, I was the only person in the drive thru, and they couldn't get my order right. The worst part was the terrible attitude that came with it for no reason. My experience is obviously not a rare occurrence since many reviews reflect similar experiences over a number of years. Recommend going elsewhere.

Stopped in while visiting friends in the area. Worst DD ever encountered anywhere. Mocha cup had chocolate running down the sides all around, ended up having to go back to change shirts after it made a complete mess. Never again.

I have three Dunkin’ in the areas that I regularly drive through for errands. By far, this is my favorite Dunkin. I was here on 5-16-23 at 10: 57 AM, Check # 155. My avocado toast was good. Plenty of bacon. I only wish it would have been toasted more.

I always enjoy Dunkin Donuts their food quality is always good. I am sorry to report the Dunkin Donuts on Route 8 in Gibsonia was very dirty when I arrived the counters and the tables all a mess. None of the employees were smiling or welcoming, I believe this comes from management. Since I never experienced these issues in any other Dunkin Donuts

If you like waiting an hour in drive throughs and getting your orders wrong this is the place for you! Doesn’t matter if there’s 3 cars in front of you or 10, you’re still gonna be waiting there stuck in the tiny drive through with no space to even leave. Pro-Tip- Make sure they have your order ready first before you pay because when you’re still waiting at the window for your order for another 10 minutes you have time to pull out and go to Starbucks!

I tried this Dunkin twice so far and both experiences were not good.

1. Tried drive thru at 7: 45 AM. Waited 20 minutes for about four cars ahead of me.
2. Tried going in this time, 7: 45 AM. Maybe I’d have better luck. Waited 20 minutes AGAIN. One person in front of me. I only ordered a hot coffee and donut. This time they forgot to make my coffee and when I finally got out of there, it was sweetened instead of black.

I’ll be going to Starbucks next time.

As a Canadian who like Tim's I must commend this coffee. Tastes very good. Nice staff here as well. Paid 2.45 used for a small coffee.

Stale hockey puck doughnuts, watered down drinks. Rude guy that can't hear clearly because of the terrible faulty speaker at the drive through.if you are that miserable working at dunkin, , let someone else work instead.
