Dunkin', Hermitage PA

I used to go daily. Now they joined Starbucks. $2.50 for an ice tea? Really? Was $. 99 a year ago.

Just did an online order and paid online, pulled up to the drive through and no one answers, pull up to the window and no one can be seen inside the store even though the lights and online order are still on. Absolutely unacceptable after paying and not having service. Would recommend going to a more reliable Dunkin’s

Online said they were opened Christmas Day. So we ordered online went to pick it up after paying for it all and turns out they were not opened been calling and emailing no one answers called corporate tells me their not taking calls at this time. Still no response in email. I want my money back

Did mobile order asked for a vanilla crème donut. No crème. Ordered drinks for our long ride home. No straws. Also no coffee in the iced cappuccino just the flavoring. Only filled 3/4ths the way. Watered down coffee. Ordered a wrap. Was about half a wrap. Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I could’ve made better food and drinks with my feet.

Waited 10+ minutes to be greeted with we are cash only when I got up to the windows…
So much for donuts for the office.

I had a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. The service was great and very friendly for first thing in the morning. Highly recommend.

I was having a severe diabetic reaction while in the area because a loved one in the hospital. I stopped at Sheets and they were no help. Regina was working the counter and gave me immediate aid. THANK YOU, REGINA. After I recovered I ate a delicious breakfast. Came back the next day.

I have watched this location go down for the last 5 plus years you order on the go and gave to wait for at least 20 minutes to half hour. The employees are rude. I'm a customer that goes there everyday and spends hard earned money in ice coffee that has tasted terrible lately. Thank God for the one on 18 they are always too notch

If I could give this Dunkin a zero stars I would. This is by far the worst Dunkin in all of Mercer and Lawrence county. Every time I come here they either make my drink wrong or are out of half the stuff I ordered. How hard is it to make an iced latte with oat milk? I have been given either the wrong milk or a completely different drink every single time I go here. It really just doesn’t make sense to me considering I order the same thing everywhere and no where else messes it up and this is the only one who messes it up every single time.

Poor customer service. They do not communicate to customers in the shop. Telling someone their order is ready would be nice. Same every time I am there.

This Dunkin is like the land of misfit toys. My order is almost never correct, the oriental lady is rude and rushes me with my order every time. Do better.

This is my favorite place in the world! The coffee is out of this world. The one in hermitage by sheetz is the best!

S. Hermitage Dunkin outshines the E. State St. Hermitage location.
E. State St location forgets items you paid for when ordering in Drive Thru.
E. State also makes weak Iced tea that tastes like water, forgotten items we paid for/ more than once, serve burned bagels, don't fill drink cups totally, run out of items continually - including food, drinks, cups, straws, butter, coffee.
S. Hermitage Rd location is consistent, friendly, organized team work, & generally accurate.
S. Hermitage Rd Dunkin VS. E. State St. Dunkin are like night & day with customer service, accuracy & quality & taste of drinks & food.

We went through the drive thru so everything was good no troubles went there both days for breakfast so will go again
