Coffee Shop Dunkin' reviews
8 The place ran better when the foreign lady worked there. It seems to have been taken over by Americans and they have children working there. No lie, one girl looks like she’s 12 years old.
They’re more worried about socializing than making the correct food/drinks.
If you want bad coffee come here.
Excellent customer service and best food and drinks I've ever had at dunkin. Shout out to Justin K for great customer service.
The closing time appears at 10: 00 p.m. Here, it's probably at 8: 00 p.m. But I arrived at 7: 40 p.m. And it was already completely closed, they don't respect schedules.
Was informed prior to ordering what they had left as late in the evening just about to close.
2nd time.last time.they gave me something in my coffee cup the first time that wasn’t what I ordered. I think it was pumpkin, hate pumpkin.now we stopped for bagels.plain not toasted all 3 cream cheese.they gave us one with butter and didn’t cut the ones with cream cheese but cut the butter one in half.and for sure the bagels were old.
The lady that I assume is the manager was rude to her employees while the place was packed telling him she will penalize him for making a mistake other then that the other employees were friendly
Cashiers get the orders wrong. Then, they have an attitude because they have to redo order.
The coffee is always made perfect however they don't wrap the food before putting it into the bag. I get bagels almost all the time and the past 3 times my bagels weren't wrapped and were just thrown into the bag! I'm also Servsafe certified so I know that's a HUGE no no. Food cannot come in contact with the utensils and butter packets also thrown into the bag, its called cross contamination and places get shut down for these minor errors that can make people sick. It's a health issue. Anyone who works in the restaurant business knows that isn't sanitary whatsoever and against many food health and safety guidelines. God knows what those butter packets and wrapped utensils came in contact with before touching my unwrapped food!
On a side note, the coffees are made perfect every time so thanks for that!
