Very poor management at this location. When they get busy in house there is no actual customer experience.they like you to use soulless terminals.

I had been going here for two years and tipping! I only ever have two employees make my drink because any other REAL coffee place will be ready to satisfy my needs as a customer. So I will go there and tell my crowd of people not to come here!

The district manger comes in says I cannot have this employee make my drink anymore. I will not return because of this reason and poor management! The district management went out their way to tarnish my experience with Dunkin’ Donuts.

Also had some gay Spanish man get very aggressive and spiteful in front of my wife and children. I complained to it about management and they said this isn’t the first time we had this issue with this employee before and he still works there!

The in-house service is usually terrible nobody ever greets you at this location.

I am a manager in this industry and the service and management is very poor!

I thought this place would meet customer expectations and satisfaction but not here!

Ps don’t be like Dunkin’ Donuts and get terminals so you can ignore them and avoid providing an in house experience!

I paid for my coffee asked for my regular to make the drink and the lady refused! I asked for my money back! She didn’t give me my money! And I didn’t get my drink!

Thanks for taking my money and wasting my time!

The same worker was stalking around for my personal info to get me banned from the store. This is a disgrace when I have only supported this company!

Got coffee here today. Was hot, created to my liking, and affordable! Definitely one of the better Dunkin’s in South Central PA!

Visiting from California for a week. I’ve been stoping at this Store almost everyday and I’ve been seeing different employees. The customer service has been amazing! I was greeted with a smile and the employees were so welcoming. My last day I placed a future order and when I arrived (10 min earlier than my scheduled time), the manager/shift leader (can’t recall who she was) explained to me how the scheduled orders worked and suggested I place the order within 5 minutes of arriving. She went out of her way to have my order ready sooner than my scheduled time. She handed me my order with a smile and wished me farewell.
Again, the customer service is what makes or breaks a business, and this store has it all!

Just Luv there frozen coffee's. Also really good Doughnuts. They also have amsome good other eats & drinks.

Went with mother and sister. I payed at the kiosk, was simple and fast. My mom and sister had to pay with cash so they waited at the register. They stood there for a while and no one came and took their order. The workers looked at them but never said anything. My other sister wanted to order munchkins but you cannot customize the flavors you want on the kiosk. She asked the worker if she could just order them, he then pointed to the kiosk. She told him she wanted to change the flavors to which he looked annoyed. Bad customer service, do better.

I come to this particular store pretty often just because of the convenience of the location. (It's in walking distance from my job). Today will be the last time I go in. I went through the drive through during my lunch break and the employee was very unprofessional and rude. She had no type of customer service and didn't know what they have or didn't have. Understandable if she's new however customer service is very important and she needs a lot more training. Also there's only one way out and if you forget your wallet or want to turn around because of the line being super long and you're running late, you literally have to go through the drive thru to get out.

It seems all dunking donuts either don't make creamed filled glazed donuts, any more or they sell out fast. My favorite.

I ordered avocado toast with bacon and did not get any bacon. I love paying extra for things that i dont even get! There was also a long blonde piece of hair in the avocado part. What I'm wondering is why the person making it put the tomatoes on top of it if they saw it. It was VERY visible and would definitely have been noticed by the person since the tomatoes go on after the avocado! I took a picture of it in case I need to provide some evidence. At least the worker was able to tell me what was in their new donut! (He had no idea) Thanks dunkin for giving me an experience!

Staff are very busy. From my view no one was just standing around. With how hectic it looked, the order was prepared correctly and quickly

Unfortunately not good service staff seems not to care about cleanliness as our donuts were grabbed with an ungloved hand and no napkin at all. Drinks are also hit or miss, no consistency.

Always a great crew. Usually the line moves quickly. I've been here more times than I'd like to admit, and they've never gotten my order wrong.
