Dunkin', Mt Pleasant PA

Doughnuts are still good, like when they opened, except the toppings got a little skimpy. Chocolate covered were great when they opened. Now, the last ones I got were at least 50 % less chocolate. Booo! Dunkin give us back our toppings.

Prices are off the charts! Donuts are small. Save yourself money and get them at Walmart. Fresh, much bigger, delicious, and half the price.

Drive-thru menu was broken. Could not see the menu to order. I had missing items from the order. Such small portions for high price.

This Dunkin’ is infamously bad. Most of the time you’re getting something you didn’t order

The staff is ALWAYS friendly and efficient. My order is always right, and tastes great! Even when they're busy I feel like I get my order in a timely manner, at least as a walk-in customer.

Kind staff for sure, but everytime I order, they get something of my order completely wrong. Even when I repeat a detail multiple times and it's repeated back to me, it's as if I never said it. The staff is very nice though and I appreciate that. However, they MUST learn how to pay more attention. Speed isn't as important as accuracy.

This is a great “newer” location. The drive thru line was nice and fast which was nice. No complaints here, solid experience and service

They leave the drive thru sitting to only accommodate ppl walking in. Staff and service are both slower then ever.

Had good experiences with this place, even had a 5 star review from me. Now I've had to change that a year later due to an extremely rude employee I encountered. I guess this place doesn't care about their regular customers, or any other customer for that matter.

Extremely rude service waited 10 minutes in drive thru when only 1 car was there then proceeded to wait longer for the woman to take our order placed my drink order and had to repeat it 3 times. Not only that but had an attitude and went to order and sandwich and she cut us off and said okay pull up to the window … we weren’t done ordering had an attitude when we pulled up to the window and was very rude when she had to scam my rewards and sighed at us and could hear her complaint when she walked away. Not only that but practically threw my drink through the car window while “handing” it to me told her to have a good day and got no response as well …

I believe it's the morning shift manager, she is pretty rude to deliver drivers, her emplyees and customers especially when an order is wrong and she argues that the order is correct. Her customer service skills and professionalism is lacking however the other employees and the night shift crew are very pleasant people and I love dealing with them.

The customer service here is terrible and you definitely don't want to ask questions about the menu because you'll be snapped at, and when they get your order wrong and you try to correct it you'll get snapped at again.

They are open and centrally located in a plaza. Very inconsistent. Stick to donuts here and you'll be less disappointed. I gave them an extra star because they have snackin bacon. The end.

Absolutely terrible this is the second time I just got steamed milk in a cup with no coffee.a complete waste of $5 Go in to have them remake it and receive a slopped up cup. The machine does the work so clearly what’s the issue. Will not be returning.

How does a dunkin managed to not keep making donuts the entire time they're open? When I called the girl who answered the phone made a noise of disgust when I asked. This is 100% ridiculous and "it's hard" just because they obviously don't want to make more is not an excuse.
