Dunkin', Portland PA

This place is trash. It's ran by a bunch of kids who can barely microwave the food. I went one day at 4PM only to be told all food services are done for the day, despite the car in front of me getting service. Save your money and make your own coffee, these morons are smoking in the back.

They always run out of donuts, and that is their main selling point. It is named Dunkin' Donuts, after all!
Service is rather un-enthused.

Always a pleasant experience with the workers here! Kind of wish the owner did better upkeep of the building, seems like the drive thru window gets pretty wet when it rains, despite the roof overhang. Also Dunkin needs to make a way to allow individual stores more connected to the app.

Severely under staffed and parking lot & drive thru have more "DEEP" pot hole craters than the moon!

Just order a bacon egg and cheese bagel and it's cold and nasty I will never come back cheese isn't even melted

This place put a well enough cream cheese on my bagel fresh the can use a better brand of cream cheese

Always gets my drinks wrong altogether or forgets to add sugar… every time you call because they messed up your order (again) they just tell you to drive back which gets really annoying after a while. Especially when they don’t even remember to ask for your name. In the photo I was supposed to receive a tea like the sticker says, like I ordered, but I actually received a coffee. And the app is garbage too

If you like DD in general, then you'll be happy with this location, it was clean and the servers were warm and friendly. I can't comment on anything but the Coffee and Donuts, and they were both fresh and tasty.

Heard manager absolutely SCREAMING at employees even from the lobby. Great service from them, don’t know what happened back there, but Exetremely rude and unprofessional to hear at 11 in the morning.

Portland PA beware especially the manager is super rude she needs to understand that customers are right! The worst place they are rude! Don’t know how to make coffee! & they mix’s Soap water in your coffee beware you will get sick you probably end up in the hospital place is super dirty & sneezing all over everything in there if you want to get Covid they don’t even wear gloves touching your food this place is absolutely disgusting

10/10 would reccomend! Indian girl at the counter was diligent when taking my order. Great management and quick when making my drinks DIDNT have to wait ten years for a hot coffee!

Food is normal for any dunkin you go to. The girl who took our order (drive thru) sounded absolutely miserable.

Update - went again today and they are all miserable and didn't tell me my total at all. I paid with credit card and won't know how much I paid until I see it on my cc statement. Not a huge deal but it's rude they just opened the window and didn't talk.just waited until I gave them my card

Took a long time to be noticed, and then they had nothing. Very disappointing. It's Dunkin Donuts. I would think you could at least get donuts at 8: 15 AM.

No complaints about the food but the girl as the register was extremely impatient and her colleagues in the back room were literally yelling and swearing about personal issues so loud the patrons had to hear it. Not good.

The reason it gets 5 stars around the board is because the staff where awesome and the vibe was neat and the food was Great!

HORRIBLE. The worst coffee anything around. They’re rude, slow, spacey and can’t seem to get the easiest order’s correct. Ugh. Never again.

Ordered our order at the window with difficulty as the employee seemed either new or preoccupied. Get to the window and no one was there, we could see them outside talking. Finally they come in and my husband asked the girl what took so long she said she was on break! I said you have customers in line waiting and you’re on break? Long story short she argued and slammed the window shut. Very poor way of treating children customers.

Friendly staff, clean and they had all my donut selections, including French crullers, which most DD do not offer.
I down graded to 3 stars due to an overcharge which was never fixed. HOWEVER, the staff is much nicer now and.very accommodating!

Indian girl at front was very rude. Messed up entire order and was being very disrespectful. Slammed my food and drinks down on table. Also said a racial slur in the back with her co workers. RUDE. FIRE HER!

They need to replace their lids. Multiple times this place hands me a hot coffee knowing that it leaks. By the time they handed it to me, it's all over my car door and pants. Then forms a puddle in my cup holder. It's literally the only Dunkin that I go to that always has some kind of issue.
