This place is following apart.there commutation skills are horrible.then when I pulled the window they were playing on their phones. I had to beep my horn twice.once to pay and second time to my order.

20 mins I waited for 2 frozen coffee n 6 donuts.not mention I was the only one there

I didn't get what I ordered. Since traveling I didn't want to go back. It was gross and cost over 17.00. The app is unfriendly and even employees can't tell you how to use it sadly.

This has to be the slowest dunkin drive thru. Waited almost 35 minutes in the drive thru for a large hot coffee. Only 3 cars in front of me at 2: 30 in the afternoon.

Waits are always long in the driver thru. Wait roughly 10 minutes in the drive thru then 20 minutes (no exaggeration) for a box o’ joe. Wasn’t exactly fast service.

I ordered a cream filled donut.where was the cream filling you ask? Apparently NOT in my donut!
I bet there was barely a 1/2 teaspoon of filling inside. SO SAD!
I was anticipating a nice cream filled donuts with my hot cup of coffee but alas a failure. HO HUM!
I know quality control can be tough but you are selling a product in which people are expecting what they order.cream filling.
Please speak to employees and tell them it only takes a few extra seconds to do the job correctly.unless, that is all the cream filling you are putting in the donuts now a days.
If so, I won't be buying anymore.

Why is it that every time I get the stuffed bagel minis they are cold and inedible? The one time I made the mistake of eating them like this and it made me sick. The cream cheese is all gross. Also, they frequently mess up drink orders.

We had to repeat our order 4 times and they still got it wrong so I just ordered a pumpkin spice instead of what I actually wanted and it wasn't even hot. This location DOES NOT give pup cups anymore! Our dog gets so excited when we go through the drive thru because he knows he's going to get one. But he was disappointed when he didn't get one since we were told they no longer give them. If you're so cheap then charge for them. Ridiculous! We'll stick with STARBUCKS from now on.

The crew is always polite. My coffees are always consistent but still good. Love the caramel craze latte!

Horrible service when it comes to people in store and for people that did walkin mobile orders!

Everyone was waiting for a long time. The orders were wrong for me and 3 other people while I was sitting there waiting.

Things have turned around since my previous post, order accuracy is much better and timely.

I've been disappointed on nearly every order I've made using their app. I've had to go back to get what they forgot, or had a severely leaky coffee cup. If you order using their app, plan on picking it up inside and double check your order. It's aggravating to sit in the drive thru line, get your order then discover after leaving that it isn't all there.

Good news, bad news, sometimes the drive thru is a dream, sometimes its a nightmare. Great food, kind of expensive.

Absolutely terrible experience every time I go here. Order is always wrong and disappointing. Extremely long wait times and long lines. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

From the time we ordered it took 18 minutes for 1 coffee, 1 pumpkin spice drink and 2 apple fritters. The driveup was even slower. This was my 4th visit here and it is worse everytime. I will not come back. Can't wait for Wawa to open!

I went through the drive-thru. The young man was very patient with me. I acted like I did not know what I was doing. He answered my weird questions and got me what I wanted. He gave me the name and I was amazing

This dunkin consistently messes up every order i put in.i normally order through doordash and it's incredibly rare for them to actually make the order right.if the donuts aren't wrong, then the sandwich is, if the sandwich isn't wrong, somehow the drink is.one time, i ordered a bacon egg and cheese through doordash, when i got it, it had the bacon egg and cheese label, with sausage on the sandwich.i ordered again, same thing, right label, wrong sandwich.called the store and they said it was an "honest mistake. " at that point, no it's not, you made the sandwich wrong twice.constantly giving me the wrong donuts, i get glazed instead of powered or frosted instead of glazed.forgetting bottled drinks half the time i order them.it's honestly insane how often things get messed up.working in fast food myself, i do know that some things are simple, honest mistakes, but when you're making those same mistakes over and over again, it's just ignorance.you're just not paying attention to what you're handing out.the biggest thing working in this industry is making sure the customer is satisfied, this dunkin has not cared once about customer satisfaction.
