Girl who waited on me this is very rude told me not to come there no more cuz I asked her for seven Sugar's on the side she was very mean and nasty. Her name is Mooshka nasty

I always go here to get my afternoon coffee when I have time before class. I love the people who work there when I walk in to order coffee, super sweet and if theres a deal I dont know about they would do it for me even if I dont have money on the app. The first time I get coffee from the drive through I spoke loud and clear to place my order since that's what you have to do especially with traffic around. I pulled up to the window and Mushka (the employee) gave me my coffee and card back. As soon as I picked both up, they closed the window ad disappeared. I looked at the receipt and my order was wrong. Waited there for a good 5 mins for someone to come back so I could tell them but they were on the other side of the store laughing. At this point I didnt have time to stay anymore so I left. Unhappy. I cant drink this coffee, so I have to throw it out cuz no one's going to want it. Depending on who you get, the coffee tastes good too.

Terrible drive thru service. I asked him to stir the iced coffee bc the cream and caramel was clumped at the bottom, he said no. But, more importantly, he took and did not return my January VIP coupon. It’s good for unlimited use throughout the month, but he took it and did not return it after my asking.

Very rude people. Didn't give us a receipt because "all of the receipts are printing at once" so we couldn't verify the price of what we got. Then when we got our food the order was incorrect even after we asked them if they could please repeat it back to us.

Today, I was sitting near window, sipping & day dreaming at how good their coffee taste. A woman outside, looking at me cursing & pointing, mad cause i was staring at her. I brought her some coffee so she wouldnt beat me up. I love dunkin donut & made a friend.

Bad service, even worse CrowdL many drug addicts and criminals inside. Stay away from here if you are smart

I ordered a caffeine free tea however they gave me a bold breakfast tea. This happened twice! Poor service.

DID NOT have my TO GO ORDER ready after ordering 10min in advance. Icing on the cake, instead of asking if I want SĄMË PRODUCT DIFFERENT MEAT, they substitute with a totally different item. The Iced Coffee was watered down. As a person which tasted Iced Coffee and ordered food from various locations THAT WAS THE WORST. Not only was my drink ruined the substitution was barely mediocre, at most

This dunkin donuts is terrible. They allow a bunch of druggies from the methadone clinic to hang out in the store and around there property. Especially by the front entrance and side parking lot. You should avoid this dunkin donuts and go to another one.

I come here whenever my fiancée runs out of coffee in the house. The workers are nice and never had my fiancée complain about the coffee - keep it up DD!

Many addicts inside and outside not an environment where you would bring a child next. Use the drive through instead!

Donuts are always so fresh and delicious. Help is pleasant and friendly.you have to wait long.

Before 10am it's a great Dunkin Donuts, but after that it gets really crowded. So if you don't like people, then stop complaining and hit the drive thru, or better yet just don't go there at all.

Two days in a row of messed up orders. Its always a hit or miss here, never guaranteed they get it right even if you confirm it twice.: (

. I actually drive past a couple, to go to this one everyday. I pull in the drive through n they know my order by my voice.

This place is a disaster and a half. Super dirty. Took five minutes to even acknowledge me when it was dead

Extremely inconsistent.
Order the exact same drink the same way three days in a row and every one will be completely different. It's a shot in the dark whether it's good or not. I'm not sure if nobody cares at all or nobody was trained how to actually make the drinks. Sometimes you'll get a great iced coffee with the perfect mix of whatever you asked put in, and sometimes you'll get an iced tea that's just water with some brown dye in it, flavor wise.

The staff is always super nice and friendly. They have my order memorized and always make it perfect. I give them a lot of credit for everything that they put up with due to the neighboring methadone clinic.

It was ok I can never sit and enjoy my food in there due to the crowed that's always just hanging around. The staff is wonderful tho

The staff at this Dunkin Donuts is a great staff. The only con is too many dopers hang out here.
