INCREDIBLE SERVICE! We had an emergency situation involving a copious amount of pungent cat urine on an expensive custom-made dress for an extremely important formal event. From the start, Steve was upfront and honest about the fact that he might not be able to restore the dress to its original condition, given the extreme circumstances. However - not only did he end up working a miracle and successfully getting the stain AND smell out of the dress - but I swear it looked better AFTER he worked on it than it had before the incident. When I came to pick up the dress and saw it hanging there, in perfect condition, I was literally in tears with relief and gratitude. Steve was calm, kind, and extremely capable throughout the entire process. The young man who answered the phone and worked at the front desk was very helpful and compassionate with us as well. Not to mention the price was extremely fair compared to other cleaners, I honestly felt like we owed them 3x what they charged. We are eternally grateful to Steve, his miraculous skills and calming demeanor, and his staff. If I could give them 10,000 stars, I would. HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I had to remove a good amount of blood from my husband's sport jacket due to a recent fall and used Oxi Clean during the removal process. The blood was removed but the jacket was left with considerable water spot stains. Explained to the owners what the situation was, said they could not guarantee the cleaning results. WOW!
