Not a bad place to deliver the staff here is nice very friendly got here at 7: 30 and they put me into a door also no overnight parking there’s a few truck stop and places where you can park exit 16 and exit 13 make a right or a left but you have to get there early enough to get a spot small place.

Excellent place, spacious and clean, the girl at the reception had an immaculate attitude, at the loading door very positive despite the confusion in the order, in general a round of applause for everyone

Big shout out to this driver In Northern, MI Tuesday 9/5. Highway went down to one lane and they knew what to do. Did everyone a solid making sure our fellow motorists followed the zipper pattern

I work for R cuvo and sons and I can say that Dutch valley unloads me very fast I just backed in and I am almost done phil the driver

My appointment was at 16: 30 I arrive 15: 30 they have a sign with a Phone number I call nobody answer just a machine I search for help with a company driver and he talks with the guy in reciving now he said I'm late, I explain him and show him the phone calls now they goin to unload

This is a large food distribution company.
They would not have gotten large if they would not have good, honest customer service.

Broker not scheduled appointments and they still manage to unload me in 2hrs
I wish every food warehouses is like Dutch Valley

Very bad customer service.not willing to work with anyone such as students, etc. I don't they are a good supplier. Students or anyone that searching for future supplier; customer service reps will not willing to help saying we have to be members or clients in order to get help not thinking that we might be their potential clients. Most important, not giving back the community. Think twice before becoming their clients.

I didn’t have a zero star that’s why I game them 1 star lady in the receiving office have a bad attitude looks like she think she is a judge or something if she not like to work here then she can quit my appointment is 1pm I check in 3 time before my appointment but she said come only 1 pm on the other side she take others drivers 3/4 hour earlier it sounds crazy nearest truck stop like 6 miles away all the time she send me 6 miles back too the truck stop she not allowed too Evan 10 mint before my appointment never back again please stay away from this place I don’t know how can they have that much stars
