Cindy was professional, personable, patient, and most notably knowledgeable during my experience in the store. I waited until the last minute to find some clothing for an event, and she was able to help me find the perfect fit. She was even able to recommend a wonderful local tailor to help me get some last-minute small alterations! I love shopping at DXL, and I can highly recommend Cindy when you go!

Met and greeted as we walked in the door. Told the associate what we wanted and she found the shorts and the size I wanted. They fit perfectly!

The store was extremely clean. It had a huge variety of clothing. The salesperson I dealt with (Cindy) was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, attentive and very enjoyable to be around.

A little pricey for the merchandise. Great customer service. Splended atmosphere professional and courteous staff.

Carrie the store manager is awesome! Very attentive and friendly and REALLY seems to be into fashion and assembling "looks" for customers etc. I went into the store last Friday night to get a sport coat for a wedding I was attending the NEXT DAY. Carrie immediately took all my measurements and went to work picking out options in my sizes. I walked OUT of the store an hour or so later with a sport coat.and slacks, dress shirt, shoes, belt and a tie! Haha.she didn't pressure me into anything but just kept making great suggestions. It was a very pleasant experience. This store is very modern, clean and has a great selection in large sizes. Very happy we have this in Harrisburg and will recommend and shop here again!

The customer service here is unmatched. Great styles, shoes and clothing advice. The best store for heavy set men in Harrisburg.

Staff was very eager to help if needed. Had a very diverse selection of clothing everything from Suits to graphic tees to socks to Philadelphia Eagles merchandise to polo shirts. If you weigh 400 lb this is the place to go to make yourself look like you only weigh 300 pounds

Selection is good and they'll likely have your size, but the prices are ridiculous. $40 for a T-Shirt, $60 for a hoodie. I bought these things because I forgot about Burlington coat factory. I bought a very similar reebok fleece there for $17. T-Shirts were 7 or 8 bucks and they went all the way up to 5XL. DXL sales only kick in after you buy a ton of their stuff, and then maybe you can avoid totally being ripped off.

I'm am over 50 years old & I want to say shopping for clothing & DXL today was the best shopping experience I have ever had! Michelle greeted me at the door asked my name & gave me the best personalized attention! I felt like I was shopping in a high end boutique. Thank you Michelle I hate clothes shopping & you made the experience wonderful for me! You have a customer 4 life!

Friendly staff, but very limited stock for my size! Jeans: 42/36 were lacking in variety and insulated Fall jackets (3XLT) were few and far between as well. No specials or coupons were applied to my purchase either. This store location does not really seem too motivated in seeking repeat business from me in the future! Np.there might be other DXL stores in my travels nationwide.

Very nice clothing store but I was pulled in by the 75% off clearance but associate there advised that it was all gone and only the 50% was left. I didn't buy anything because I tend to be very thrifty when it comes to clothing. I realized they can't take down the sign but it would be nice if they could just cross it out with a marker and write 50%.
