DXL Big + Tall, Whitehall PA

I have always enjoyed shopping at DXL (Whitehall Pa.) for years.

The variety and styles are on par with what I need.

This most recent visit, however, demonstrates their commitment to customer service. I was in need of a very specific style, color and size of a shirt, and while the website said they were, in stock at this particular store, I needed to call and confirm before making long drive. The gentleman that I spoke to at 10: 30 in the morning confirmed that they did in fact, have what I needed on the shelf, after stepping away from the phone and seeing from himself.

I was able to come in later in the day and make the purchase that I needed.

It’s the little things, but these are the things that keep me coming back.

Rodney was great. He went out of his way to help me find what I needed. The best part was he did not try to up sell me. Love my new golf tech pants.

My go to place for my sizes. Always friendly and place is always organized and clean. Have men's wide dress shoes.

I needed to exchange gift shirts for another size and buy an additional shirt. Customer service was excellent - probably the best customer service I have experienced in the last 20 years.

Sales person was so helpful and great sense of humor. I'll be changing the spot for all clothes in the future.

Great selection. Helpful staff. High prices but I think they know they have options for bigger people that other stores don’t have. I guess they can charge more than them.

The staff was warm, welcoming, and very helpful. This was my first experience with DXL and I’m sure there will be many more.

Previously I had issues with this store but within the last year they have made a dramatic turn around and I have had absolutely wonderful experiences! Victor absolutely knows everything about this store and is just the perfect employee! I will definitely be coming back for any of my clothing needs!

It's been awhile since I've been to this store and the place was great. The gentleman who was working was nice and helpful. Will definitely come back to do more shopping for myself.

The gentleman working on Sunday 11/21/22 was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to offer suggestions and help. He had to order a shirt online and asked me to contact him with any delivery questions or issues

Wish it was cheaper but we did get sale items the management took good care of us when they had internet issues.
