Dyson Service Center, King of Prussia PA

Karen was so excellent. She was kind and a good listener and she credibly diagnosed our three DYSONs. Two were out of warrantee and for those she educated me on my options. The third one, within warranty, Karen repaired. I highly recommend KAREN at the Dyson Service Center.

The lady was super nice and got my vacuum fixed very quickly. Love my Dyson and that it carries a 5 year warranty.

Karen was amazing and quick. Truly a pleasure dealing with her. Will bring back all of our units, if/when they need repair.

Had a great experience here. My old handheld Dyson’s lid latch snapped and so the canister would not close properly. I brought it in and Karen was so helpful. She informed me that the piece was no longer available but she had an old one that she swapped out for me free of charge. Check in was online and pretty easy. Early in the morning there was no wait. I was in at 9: 15 and walked out at 9: 27am. Overall I would recommend this place for all your Dyson needs!

All I can say is the service is incredible, brought my Dyson Ball Animal 2 in for a missing spring on my collection / cyclone. A young lady came out and took my vacuum in the back. BTW I have owned this vacuum for over two years without registering it. Honestly, didn't know I was supposed to register it. The lady operator on the phone not only registered it but also set up my appointment.
It was really quick, thinking I would only need a spring, but alas the young lady replaces my hose, powerhead and entire collection bin albeit it isn't purple anymore but my problem is solved. I will be getting another Dyson preferably a animal cannister vac for my Deer camp

My 9 year old Dyson Ball vacuum had a broken plastic piece that prevented it from staying upright when vacuuming with attachments. I took it here to see if it could be repaired (which I didn't think it could) and it couldn't. But I got 20% off a brand new vacuum which the very friendly and helpful woman working there (named Karen) assembled for me at no charge. I was in and out quickly and very happy with the service I received. She even registered my vacuum on line for me!

I am so pleased with the service I received for my V15 Detect. Carrie was able to help assist us with getting a replacement head for our vacuum cleaner. It only took one week to get it fixed, despite there being a holiday during the week. She was extremely professional, polite, and helpful in answering all of our questions and keeping us informed of when it was fixed and ready to be picked up. She was extremely organized and thorough, even though she was the only person working in the store at the times when we went in. Each time we went in we didn’t have to wait longer than 10 minutes to get help. It was also extremely easy to scan the QR code to check in. I really appreciate all of her help and can’t thank her enough! I would highly recommend this location. Thank you so much!

Great service. Tech was working solo today. She was great. Efficient, professional, friendly. She was doing service and repairs and sold an expensive vacuum to the guy before me! Impressive

We came last minute before closing on what was clearly a busy weekend; there was only one tech working but she worked hard to efficiently take care of everyone in line! The online check in was actually pretty easy and I was able to pay from my phone without even taking out my wallet. From the time it was our turn in line to walking out holding essentially a brand new vacuum was only about 10 minutes! Maybe we were lucky but we had a great experience here and hopefully we won't need to come back any time soon but I would definitely recommend this service center if you need help with your Dyson.

Screw was broken and called the service center. Basically they are not going to take care of the problem.
Service person basically accused us to break the screw which is very delicate and easy to break. She almost yelled at us.
And she ripped the battery which I actually had something I could have done to repair it.
I felt very uncomfortable that the fact she yelled and broke the our battery in front of everyone.

I had a great experience buying our Dyson V10 vacuum cleaner. Karen was a huge help deciding on the correct model for us. I highly recommend this store.

I've rarely had a perfect experience like I had here. Francisco waited on us, and he showed us everything that was wrong with my Dyson Animal Vacuum. He brought it out from the back and showed us why it was not picking up as much as when I first bought it. I had this for several years, and it worked fine until recently. Francisco repaired it while we waited, and it didn't take long. It now works like new! I had taken it previously to a "authorized Dyson repair service" but forget about it. They only cleaned it, and I paid $80 for nothing. It was worth me traveling from New Jersey to Pennsylvania for Dyson to fix it right!

After CS telling me over the phone to basically throw away my 2 yo Air wrap, I took it to this CS, Karen helped me and she was extremely professional and helpful: she cleaned the inside of air wrap, changed the cord and now it is working again! I wish that CS online could have the same knowledge as Karen has: she answered all of my questions, gave me some advice on how to take care about Dyson Air Wrap and even told me to bring in once in a while to clean the inside. I did not spent any money there and could’ve not been more happy.

Karen and Francisco were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to fixing my machine! They were able to get my machine back to me the same day — I cannot thank them enough! Highly recommend using this location for any repairs or purchasing of new dyson machines.

The Dyson employees at King of Prussia service center help me keep my Dyson products in working order. Troubleshooting and repairs are simple and efficiently handled in store. Karen helped me with with 2 vacuums I brought in for service. The KOP store is an asset to the Dyson Organization.

My vacuum that I purchased 10 months ago has some issues so I visited the store in kop today, there are 7 customers before me, I can see the techs were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, the lady helped me went above and beyond what i would have expected!
